Great Location

The apartment itself was very clean. The stairwell and hallway going to the apartment was not. The building could have been cared for better. Everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay and the place was terrific. We would gladly stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Unsafe, Dirty, and Misleading

This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The toilet didn’t flush (I had to take it apart multiple times), there were ants in the apartment, the kitchen sink leaked into a bucket under the cabinet, and the front door lock barely functioned — I was told by the host to “wiggle” the key just to get in.The mattress was so lumpy it was difficult to sleep, and check-in was delayed due to late cleaning. The listing also advertised a sunroom, which was under renovation and unusable — not disclosed in the listing. I was given a number to text for support, only to find out texting wasn’t even supported.I originally booked a different property with this same host that was canceled last-minute due a fire in the building. I had to pay again for this downgrade and was left emotionally drained, anxious, and in tears — and VRBO refused to help.Avoid this property and be cautious with listings from this management company.
The condition of the toilet that we had to manually fix to get it to flush.
The bucket under the sink because there was a constant leak.
The sunroom that was unavailable.
The lump in the mattress when we arrived.
