The deck is covered, providing shade and comfort throughout the day. It features additional seating, a dining table for meals outside, and easy access to the pellet grill, making it a great space for entertaining or family cookouts. Just steps away, a fire pit is perfectly placed for evening gatherings, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the fire while still staying connected to the main outdoor area.
With a large yard, beautiful river views, and multiple places to sit and socialize, the outdoor space is built for both relaxation and memory-making—day or night.
This home is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the adventure. There's also a camper/RV hookup with 30/50 amp service available right in the driveway, perfect for guests traveling with extra equipment or hosting additional family.

Dock & Water Access Information:
Our home is located on a scenic channel, making it ideal for boating. The dock is shared with our friendly neighbors — you’ll have full access, but you may see them from time to time.
Please note:
Overnight docking is not permitted due to county regulations.
Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

Each of the three private bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, its own flat-screen TV. The two full bathrooms are clean and convenient—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo—ideal for groups or families. A fully stocked laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and all the essentials for extended stays.
Upstairs, a lofted bonus area was created with kids in mind. It’s a fun and casual open space with TVs and plenty of room for sleeping bags—perfect for movie nights, games, or a little extra breathing room.
