We had a great stay. The perfect space for a family of 4. Everything we needed and a very comfortable space but not so fancy where you’re scared to stay there. Location was in a more remote location but only 15 min from downtown Petoskey, which is why we were there. Also, there is a hottub! Listing didn’t outright mention it so it was a nice surprise.A few draw backs was the beds were very soft and wobbly. I didn’t think I preferred hard beds but this was very soft, to the point when one person shifted in the night, the other was well aware. The bedroom doors also stuck very badly. Like we got somewhat stuck in one room for a few minutes. Additionally, when we checked in, there was very old take out left in the fridge and clothing tags throughout one of the bedrooms, but the house seemed clean. and the bathroom gets SOAKED when you shower. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall good stay, just a few things of note that could be easily fixed.
