The Space:

You have all the amenities of home: real wood fireplace, hot tub, washer & dryer, full kitchen, internet, cable, firepit, charcoal grill, sheets, towels, cookware, we furnish 2 rolls toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, & dish detergent. Soap or shampoo is NOT provided. Amazing views, private, gated, I have 9 cabins on this property approx. 60 ft. apart, large gazebo open to all guest who are staying. Pictures do not describe the quietness and serenity of the place. Only 25 miles to downtown Chattanooga, TN. Located on the TN, GA, & Alabama lines. WE ARE NOT A BED & BREAKFAST.
25 miles away to downtown Chattanooga, 10 miles from Walmart, 8 miles from grocery store.
NO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut. Please pick up after yourself, no butts left BEHIND (on the ground)

We are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth. The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$25.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be canceled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.
