Private Heated Pool at no cost to heat! Pets stay for free. Adorable 3 bedroom home in quiet location of North Phoenix/Deer Valley area. Minutes from interstate 17 & 101. Fully furnished kitchen with pots & pans, silverware and all basics to cook. Gorgeous South facing lush PRIVATE pool backyard with outdoor grill and large covered patio. Full size washer & dryer and a large 2 car garage. Great location minutes from Scottsdale and freeways. We support equality!

Access to the entire home
Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
Pets stay without additional fees.
It is recommended to have a car.
Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge to the guests. Please be aware that if outdoor temperature drops under 40 degrees, pool water temperature might drop below 80 degrees.
There is no lifeguard on duty and no fence around the swimming pool. Swim at your own risk.
