The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. All bedrooms and both living spaces have TV's and the internet is blazingly fast.

This property was amazing- spacious, well-appointed, clean, and super comfortable. All bedrooms and two living areas had TV’s. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, creamers, tea , as well as paper goods and cleaners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool and nicely landscaped backyard were the icing on the cake.

The pool was heated to a very acceptable level to us, very pleasant indeed.The property has everything that you will need tbh , with plenty of supplies , with nothing missing at all!We were very sorry to have to leave such a perfect VRBO rental, we will be back next time we visit Phoenix.Just PERFECT.

Property was absolutely fantastic for what we wanted. We did not think we would be there a lot of time, but it changed our whole holiday to one of relaxation. The backyard area was very quiet, private and enjoyable. The house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and just all around great. As 2 couples, there was lots of places to be together or apart as we wanted. We Ubered most everywhere we went and we were never too far from where we had to go. Sean and Jessica were very quick to answer if we had a question or comment. We can not say enough good about our experience here and would highly recommend!

Property was one of the nicer we have stayed in anywhere. Located in a historic neighborhood and very quiet. Located 3 easy blocks from St. JOSEPH HOSPITAL. Price was a bit spendy, but there was MLB Spring Training and Spring Break going on. Has a nice pool that is advertised as heated, but fails to mention if you want hot water that is an additional 50 per day. Host was quick to facilitate heating the pool once it was requested and paid. Very well equipped home that we were comfortable staying in.

The house would have been perfect, but the pool heater stopped functioning the day we arrived. The owners were awesome and got repair technicians out asap, but it did affect our trip. The owners were very understanding of our disappointment and addressed our concerns quickly and fairly. I'd stay here again.
