We are so happy that you had a nice time at our home! Even after all these years we are still in awe of the gorgeous sunsets every night. I just completed a deep cleaning on the condo (including ceiling fans!). Thank you! And I'm sorry you missed the section in our Welcome Packet that talks about "Things to Do in the Area" including shopping, hiking, parks, and local restaurants (the info was in the same packet that gave you directions and the code to the condo door). I send it to every guest before they arrive so they can plan their trip and make reservations, if necessary. But leaving a Packet inside the condo, as well, is a great idea! Thank you! I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. This condo is exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO website. Which only begs the question: if you wanted something else, or were "hoping" for something different, why did you book our cute condo on the water? Both the review before yours and after yours are five stars. And we have many, many repeat customers. My housekeeper was at the condo when you checked in. She helped you carry in your luggage, which is not in her job description, but she was being polite. If you needed something you could have asked her. When you contacted me with your concerns I sent my housekeeper back to address them immediately (even though we are not a hotel and we do not have staff on site, I had her drive back to help you), because we want you to be happy. Cleanliness, and your comfort, are very important to us. She re-cleaned the oven and put drain-o in the bathroom sink (even though it appeared to be draining just fine). I'm sorry that, no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't help you find joy in such a beautiful place.
