This is really an excellent place to stay in Angel Fire. We have been to Angel Fire every ear for the last 6 years and are familiar with the location. We usually stay with friends but needed some extra room this year. It is conveniently located to everything in Angel Fire; restaurants, pickleball courts, golf course, grocery store, gas station. hiking, and very close to the slopes. It is located at the bottom of the mountains, so the elevation is better for those who are not from the mountains (but there will be some altitude adjustment if you are from Texas like us.) The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. I only had one little issue but it was taken care of quickly (the plant hanging out front was dying, and I called the host and he had it changed the next day.). The kitchen has everything you will need in the way of dishes and cookware. It has beautiful mountain views and wildlife (prairie dogs, deer, elk, chipmunks, birds, hummingbirds) to watch from the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.
