#StokeHotel: Boho Outdoorsy Vibes, Paddleboards, Kayak, Dog Park
Welcome to #StokeHotel! This brand-new boho-inspired townhouse in Chattanooga’s Southside neighborhood is your perfect base for exploring the city’s vibrant food scene, outdoor adventures, and cultural highlights.
The space is thoughtfully designed with a rock climbing and mountain vibe, featuring original artwork of local boulders from a local artist. The decor blends earthy textures with a sense of adventure—like your own personal boho lodge in the city!
Sleeping Arrangements & Layout
2 Bedrooms (sleeps 6) – The primary bedroom has a king bed, a full-size air mattress, a pack-n-play crib, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
A convenient half bathroom is located on the main floor.
Both bedrooms feature light-blocking natural grass shades for a restful sleep. The primary bedroom also has sheer curtains for daytime light and privacy.
Living Spaces & Work-from-Home Amenities
Comfortable living room with a brand-new Roku TV and a cozy chaise lounge that seats two comfortably.
Dedicated workspaces: small desks in each bedroom, plus a large adjustable-height desk in the living room with a supportive chair and external monitor for your work-from-home needs.
Kitchen & Dining
A fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
Kitchen gadgets galore: Vitamix blender, rice cooker, Omega juicer, Shine vertical juicer, NutriBullet, electric vegetable steamer, spiralizer, diamond hone electric knife sharpener, Wusthof chef knife, bread knife (not Wusthof), and a toaster with extra-large slots—perfect for artisanal bread like the rosemary garlic loaf from Neidlov’s.
Enjoy olive oil and a full collection of spices and seasonings to inspire your cooking.
There’s a balcony off the main floor facing the community courtyard—ideal for sipping morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
Community Amenities
The townhouse is in a secure gated community with a dog park, a community grilling area (propane and tools provided), and a quiet courtyard.
The walls are well insulated so you won’t hear neighbors (and they won’t hear your pups!).
Private attached garage parking, parallel parking in front of the garage, or safe street parking just outside the community.
Outdoor Gear for Adventures
Inflatable stand-up paddleboards and a Sea Eagle SE370 inflatable kayak with deluxe seats—large enough for two adults (even two 6’2” men!).
The best paddling spots include the Tennessee River from the Northshore (especially for sunset!) and the stunning Burgess Falls, which is only accessible by paddling.
Yoga & Relaxation
Yoga supplies provided: mat, bolster, blocks, straps, and blankets—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
Fragrance-Free Clean
I care about your comfort: My cleaning service uses natural, handmade cleaning products with no fragrance, including the laundry detergent and hand soap.
No plug-in air fresheners or chemical sprays here—just fresh, clean air!
I’m gradually shifting to fragrance-free bath products too (currently using up what’s left of some scented ones).

We had numerous questions prior to our visit and Erin was always prompt, accommodating and informative. The location of the property was perfect given the reason for our visit and overall welcoming and comfortable.
We loved the location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was the perfect place for our family and golden retriever to celebrate Thanksgiving in Chattanooga. We loved that we were able to grill and cook meals. There was a great place for our dog to run around. We can’t wait to come back!
Property was very nice, modern and very clean. Only 2 issues are that the parking is no bueno, garage is hard to park in and outside the garage not an option as the neighbors park where you can’t get in or out. The other issue is that the master bed is not comfortable or to my liking. Other than that, great property and location. Would stay again
Beautiful home in safe area. So close to everything downtown and walkable to plenty of hot spots. Though we did not have small children or animals I appreciated the attention to details such as gates on staircases. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Loved the courtyard space. We had a smaller suv so we were able to use the garage which was very convenient and nice. I will say if you have a larger suv or full size truck the parking would be tight, just something to be aware of. House was amazingly clean and we absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

About the host
Hosted by Erin Becker
I am originally from Pennsylvania (where I have another rental listing!) but I moved to Chattanooga for the outdoor lifestyle, especially rock climbing. I love creating experiences for guests in places that I have a connection to. It brings me great joy to be part of you having the best possible experience!
Why they chose this property
I chose the Southside because of its vibrant restaurant scene, proximity to downtown, walkability, and proximity to other tourist attractions. While it is still an urban environment, it is more of a residential neighborhood feel than being right in the downtown. The specific community has a mixture of permanent residents, long-term, and short-term rentals, so it is a place where I know my community but I'm able to host guests. When I am staying at the house, I enjoy walking to the coffee shops and Synergy climbing gym and simply walking around the beautiful Southside neighborhoods with my dog.
What makes this property unique
I am impressed with how quiet and peaceful this house is considering its location a few blocks away from bustling Main Street. I feel safe walking around even at night and being inside a gated community keeps random people from wandering through.
The attached garage adds even more convenience and security for your vehicle and belongings.
I've taken great care to provide a healthy environment from using natural cleaning products, to ceramic coated cookware, to using fragrance-free cleaning products and detergent. I myself hate the experience of walking into a rental and being confronted with a wall of heavy fragrance from plug-ins and febreeze. The house is simply clean, no need to cover anything with fragrance.
Child-friendly ammenities: I provide the basics you need for small children, including baby gates on the main floor so that little ones can't go up or down the stairs from the living room/kitchen area. You can use these to corral pets as well. I also provide child dishes, a baby chair the clamps onto the kitchen island for babies and toddlers, and a pack-n-play crib.
Pets welcome! The community dog park steps from the front door is so convenient for those traveling with pets. I also provide dog bowls and a dog bed that you can use during your stay.
Kayak and Inflatable Paddleboards - I provide these amenities free of charge so that guests have the flexibility to decide on the fly if you want to do an evening paddle on the Tennessee River or a half-day excursion such as Burgess falls without having to work out the logistics of renting and returning the kayak or boards to a rental company. They will fit inside any vehicle (I put all three crafts, 4 life jackets and the pumps in the trunk of my Honda Fit and still had room to seat 5 people!).
