I felt like I was talking to a friend. Communication was prompt and clear. We had 10 people (5 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of room. The children loved the "Star Wars" room and the "Princess" room. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

We have stayed at multiple VRBO's across Orlando. This was easily the best one for the price. The house was clean and had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (air fryer, rice cooker etc.). The pool was nice and clean and the kids loved swimming in it. Every room had multiple fans so everyone could stay cool all the time. We'd love to stay in any property managed by this group!

We enjoyed our stay. The spa and pool were a hit and definitely worth getting them heated. The kids loved the game room, and the kitchen was well stocked! Not too terribly far from the parks we visited either. The view in the backyard was also very pretty. There was plenty of room for my large family and it had all the amenities we needed for the 2 infants with us.

My family absolutely loved this house. It had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The appliances were all in good condition, and the neighbourhood is conveniently located, with the Disney parks being no more than about 30 minutes away.Kipp was an attentive host, easy to reach, and always responsive whenever we had questions (which were very few). The listing accurately represents the property, so there were no surprises upon arrival.One thing I would highlight for future guests is that there are quite a few useful items left behind by previous visitors, as well as things added by current guests (including us). We found seasonings, cleaning supplies, and even park-related items such as refillable popcorn buckets. Before making a large grocery run, it may be worth checking what is already available in the house, while of course keeping food safety considerations in mind.The kids especially loved the games room in the garage, and the available strollers were extremely useful during our park visits.To help future travellers, some of the amenities we appreciated included a family-sized air fryer, a large washer and dryer, coffee makers for both capsules and drip coffee, toasters, a complete set of cookware and serving ware, and plenty of cups, glasses, and kitchen essentials. The house is very well equipped and clearly set up with families in mind.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this property to others visiting the area.

We loved the property the pictures on the site really don’t do justice to the property. We were very impressed the kids loved their rooms. The communication between myself and Kip was a pleasurable experience. Kip made the whole process easy. The property was definitely worth what we paid. The next time we go to Florida I would definitely book it again. The pool and hot tub were heated which made the pool time very pleasing.

Our host, Kip, was very accommodating and friendly! The house was very nice! It had more than enough room for our group of 7. We found everything we needed in the house from cooking to beach towels for the pool. We didn’t have any children with us but this would be great as there was an area upstairs with an Xbox and games. The 2 kids rooms were Disney princesses and Star Wars. Each room included toys and dress up outfits for kids! We would definitely stay here again!
