The villa is located in a nice subdivision with nice bushes in the garden which give you all the privacy you could need.

With a 5 minutes access to I4 you'll get easily to the most popular theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World ...)
The villa is close to Championsgate Omni Golf (PGA championship) and Leisure Centre. You will need 10 to 30 minutes to have access to numerous beautiful golf courses.
Shopping and Restaurants are situated within a two minute drive and an endless number of restaurants can be found on th US 192 which is a 5 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is easy to live in with its 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
You will have 2 en-suite bedrooms with their own bath and 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.
The master bedroom has an en-suite with separate toilet and additional dressing area.

Second en-suite bedroom : 1 queen bed
2 other bedrooms : 2 twin beds

The kitchen is full equipped and extends to a dining room which leads to the covered patio and the pool.

The outside area is easy to live.
You will have a covered patio with a large table that can seat eight.

The linai is screened and 4 deckchairs are at your disposal for your rest.

The pool size is 30x15.
You can enjoy a large spa (up to 6 seats).
It can be heated on request with additional costs.
The kids or adults will enjoy eating at the bar seating on 3 pool-stools.
An additional external shower facility is supplied.

You have got a tennis court in the subdivision you can play free.

The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a maid service between rentals to maintain this villa to an extremely high standard.
The lawn is cut weekly.

The house was very clean. The manager was easy to reach with any questions we had. The owner was also very accommodating to our request for a late check out. The location was perfect to visit Disney world and universal studios. I would stay at this property again while visiting Orlando.

Beautiful house

We came for 10 days and we had a blast. We were at most of parks most of the time but when we were home 10 year-old loved swimming in the pool and having lunch on the little bar in the pool, very relaxing and communication with owner was amazing.

Fantastic house in a lovely quiet location 20 mins from Disney. Everything at the house you could need . Pool and outside area superb. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Shops and restaurants 5mins away at Championsgate. Great communications from owner when booking and before arrival. Key in key box so easy to get access on arrival after long flight. Easy 30 minute drive from Orlando MCO. Fantastic 3 weeks there and would return again without hesitation.

The house was amazing! It was clean and located close to Disney. We loved the pool and all the pool chairs that were around the pool. We wished it had more dishwasher pods and garbage bags so we left a box behind for the next people. That was the only thing that was wrong so really nothing was wrong. This would be a place to go back to and stay again. My family didn’t want to leave.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was accurately described in the reviews. Outdoor space and pool were great. Plenty of space inside and nicely furnished kitchen. Previous reviews of the “hard” carpeting are correct. It’s like walking on rope with a basket weave pattern. Also, some of the mattresses should be replaced in the near future. Overall, a nice relaxing vacation and we would consider staying there again.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed for 28 days , the villa is lovely, very clean, well looked after, bright and cheery , lots of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need, the washer takes a really big load, outside area and pool has been the best I have had. I was very happy and would love to return for another stay in the future.

2024 Family Vacation

Great location for quick access to Disney Parks. We travelled to Clearwater for a couple of days and again great access to highway. Very comfortable Villa with everything you would need. Pool and deck were bigger than we have had before so enjoyed the space. Supermarket and restaurants very close by.

We stayed here for 6 nights so we could be close to Disney, and it was the perfect location! The house is beautiful and we loved the setup, with two bedrooms on one side and two on the other (master bath is awesome)! The pool is great and the hot tub was perfect after a day of walking! We loved this house and would be happy to stay here next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Great location

This is a perfect location to be close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are great and easy to work with. Location is in a neighborhood and neighbors are nice and friendly. Having to bring beach and pool towels with while traveling is probably the only real inconvenience here, but you can use bath towels and wash them. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, fantastic pool!

Excellent stay, communication with the owner was first class. We have 3 boys and they loved the pool in between visiting all the parks. With traffic we were roughly 20-30 mins for most Disney parks and 30-40 for all Universal parks. Championsgate itself is a really nice neighbourhood with local supermarket and many restaurants nearby. I'd thoroughly recommend this villa for your family vacation to Florida and would go back again ourselves!

Fantastic!!!

We were very impressed with the size of the home, TV was great and we absolutely loved the huge pool and spa. We did find that the outlet in the master bedroom by the sinks didn't work though. We have stayed at about a dozen other homes in the past 12 years and this is by far the best! We would like to return next year if it's available.

Relaxing Vacation

Location is very good and easy to find. Many stores at a 15 mins distance or less, Loved the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and the pool very nice as well. One thing I do recommend walk with flip flops or socks because there’s a floor (bamboo maybe) it’s very rough and hurts the bottom of your feet. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely loved it! It was definitely home from home - apart from it being so warm and having a pool! The welcome gift that my uncle arranged with Michelle was awesome! It was a spacious villa and we all had space! Would highly recommend as is not too far from the Disney parks! The carpets are hard on bare feet so would recommend flip flops! An awesome sto thank you for letting us stay xxx

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES WE HAVE STAYED AT. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

I have a family of 5. We went down for a week and had annual passes to Legoland and Seaworld. This house is in a great location for both. There is plenty of stores and places to eat within a couple miles. The house was very clean along with the pool and hot tub. It was great to have our own pool and hot tub after a long day at one of the parks. We used it almost every night. TV's in every room and had a dvd player with some movies in the living room. Wifi worked great and that is a must for the kids. Communication was great and you get all the information you need. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to from I-4. We told the kids on Christmas day we would do whatever they wanted and they decided to stay at the house all day. They just wanted to relax and swim. We didn't have any issues during our stay and can't wait to go back.

The owner controls everything

My experience with staying here wasn't good, once I arrived the house was dirty, beds undone, dishes dirty and laundry wasn't done, I called management and they had thought my check in wasn't until a couple days after and that's why the house looked the way it was. Then I paid to heat up the pool and hot tub, the jets on the hot tub are not that strong and the water is not hot enough only up to 98 degrees and the pool doesn't heat up alot either. Overall I wouldn't rent this house again for that price I would rent something else.

Yard and pool are greatVery dated house. Pool control panel came over on the mayflower. The instructions were good though. Carpet is pretty terrible on bare feet. See other reviews. Beds are not comfortable at all. Basically the same complaints everyone else is leaving but they’re not getting resolved. Air conditioning is locked at 72 degrees. Not NEARLY cold enough for Florida. I was advised on day one that they had just turned it on and it would cool. It didn’t cool down until well after midnight each day and barely achieved the set temp by morning. We left lights off and blinds closed while we were gone all day and the temp was still 76 when we got home. There is no reason the house should get hotter while the ac is running. Unless it’s not a big enough unit for the house. It was pretty miserable the whole stay. I did reach out and was met awkwardly in the back yard by the manager’s helper. She lives right behind the house. Didn’t get much help and figured I would get more of the same so I didn’t ask for more help. Probably will look elsewhere next time we are in the Orlando area.
