Welcome to your dedicated health & wellness retreat in one of the most underrated neighborhoods, Wheat Ridge, Colorado!
As a lived-in residence, this 1950s space offers the warmth and comfort of a true home with tons of character!
Enjoy the quiet while being just 15 minutes away from downtown Denver or a night at the world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. If the mountains are more your style, the house sits conveniently close to I-70 and is great for those early morning escapes.

The space:
The home features 2 private bedrooms, an infrared sauna(!), Swedish stall bar and yoga area, a dedicated workspace, and backyard patio & bbq, all designed with relaxation in mind, along with a full kitchen and washer/dryer setup.
Perfect for a family or a small cohort of lifelong friends, you can sleep 5 folks comfortably (2/bedroom, 1 on the couch).
Whether you’re curling up with a good book or needing to recover from. your latest mountain adventure, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The backyard is also fully fenced so feel free to let your dogg-o run its little heart out all day long. Our friendly neighbors have some dogs of their own who might bark occasionally, adding a bit of local charm to the area. We have provided earplugs to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible!
The home is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get around. While this means you'll have quick access to major routes, there may be some light highway noise.
Guest access
Since this is a permanent residence and not a vacation property, there will be some items left behind that belong to the homeowner.
Please only use the areas meant for guests and do not enter the garage or open the 2 locked closets that are also clearly marked “not for guest use”.
Other than that, you’ll have full access to the house and can come/go as you please.
Other things to note:
A single, well-behaved dog is allowed but please keep them off the furniture.
Out of respect for neighbors and the house, parties or loud gatherings are strictly NOT permitted and will be reported to VRBO.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
I try to keep the cleaning fee to something reasonable but can only do that with the help of guests. Please clean up after yourself as if you were leaving your own home for a multi-week adventure.
Make sure the patio furniture and grill have their covers put back on.
Above all, have a safe travel back/to wherever you're heading to next!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
