Luxe?!?! This place is a dump!I could produce a 2 page punch-list for this house; first page for broken items and second page for missing items. Nothing here is Luxe, Elegant or high-end. There is no Personal Concierge. This is a 9-year old builder-grade home that has fallen into disrepair, furnished with low-end Ikea. The 'Gourmet' kitchen is barely functional. The rugs and upholstery were absolutely filthy; stained and crunchy. We stripped the extra beds and used the sheets for slipcovers. The management style here is reactive rather than proactive. This means they will send over or fix whatever you want in a few days, but I'm not staying here so I can do the manager's job. Both the property manager and hospitality manager need to do THEIR jobs and walk through this house with clipboards and stop saying they are completely unaware of the sub-standard conditions in this home!To quote my husband: "I would describe the accommodations as stingy and shabby but that would be far too generous."
