Enjoyed our stay
Nice little cabin. Clean and close to all attractions. Our kids loved the loft. View was nice so was Spa. Drive was not bad as well. All together was sweet Cabin and we made a lot of memories.
We enjoyed our stay. Everything matched the listing. The hot tub seems old though and might need to be replaced or have some maintenance done(jets weak). Besides that one thing, wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Thank you!

Cozy cabin
Cute cozy cabin with all you’ll ever need for a great stay. The upper bedroom with twin beds and the ladder is perfect for children. The living space was adequate for a family of four. The hot tub was an added plus. Beautiful views. Would recommend highly.
It was just what we needed to be alone with each other for a while thank

Very nice
Cabin was clean and very nice. Definitely gave a rustic vibe which was perfect. Everything worked, water was hot, a/c was cold, hot tub was clean and ready to use upon arrival. Amenities were standard but everything worked and didn’t find anything lacking. Views were beautiful from the back deck, which was secluded and private.Would definitely book again.

Great honeymoon escape
The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and felt at home right away. There’s other cabins are nearby but this one wasn’t completely surrounded by them, you still had privacy. The hot tub was an amazing way to relax in the evenings after spending all day in town. The fireplace also gave it that romantic feel. The only downside is the Mountain View’s are obstructed by the trees a little. All in all it was a perfect spot and we loved every minute of it. We will definitely be coming back.
The cabin was a great layout for our family with a loft for the kids and a deck with swings and hot tub. The view was incredible. The water wasn’t working at first, but it was fixed on short notice. The beds and bedding were not very comfortable and should be improved.

We would stay here again
The cabin was clean and comfortable. The new upgrades to the porch are wonderful, giving privacy and comfort. We loved the swings. The indoor shower was not good, having poor water flow from shower head. The outside shower was a great addition.
The road to get to the cabin was a little over grown with weeds and such making it look unkept. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home
We loved this property. Upon arrival it was extremely clean. And the view is beautiful. The roads are curvy leading up to the home but worth it. The only thing we needed was wi-fi. I had some work to do and unfortunately had to go into town in order to do it. Other than that, it was a great place and Robert was very helpful by giving us places to eat while there.

Nice and Cozy!
The place is very clean and cozy!! This place felt very welcoming as the couch and beds all felt clean! Very beautiful on the inside. The week we were there, there was bad storms and the owner even messaged us to remind us to get extra food and water just in case things got bad … The only complaints I’d have is, the hot tub was great but the jets weren’t very strong. And the view of the back looked better in pictures and if only 3-4 trees were at least trimmed down, the view of the mountains would be better… other than those very very minor things It was great!!
The sheets was not clean at all.. in the dishes was still dirty. I will not stay at this property again.

Hi Natasha, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that the weather caused issues during your trip. There was an area-wide outage due to a bad ice storm. The local contact reached out, but you had already left the cabin. Although the storm is out of the owner's control, they apologized for what happened during your stay and agreed to a full refund.

Nice view with some noise
When we arrived at the property you could hear the echoing sounds of hammers, nail guns, and lumber being beat together as construction next door and down the way went on throughout the day. At night it was quiet and peaceful, however the hottub was dirty and had green and black algae throughout. The bed was severely uncomfortable and left me and the wife with horrible back pain, so bad we checked out a day early.

Hi Shaun, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We have replaced the mattress and boxspring. The hot tub is serviced every time we have a guest, and we are working with the cleaning team to make sure that nothing will be overlooked. As for the construction noise, we are on top of a mountain and the noise may be echoing from the valley. We were not able to pinpoint where the construction noise was coming from, and we are very sorry for how it impacted your stay."
We have stayed at this cabin six times and we love the cabin and area. The swings drew us to this cabin and we love spending time on the porch. But unfortunately, this may have been our last visit. The hot tub has some issues with jets not working quite right. This was true last fall and still happening now. The dishwasher leaked the one time we tried to run it. The microwave door is cracked. We also found that the cabin needs some deep cleaning The porch is in need of some attention also. Again we love this cabin and location but we feel that it may be time to look around for a new location for our next visit.

A great couple get away place!
The chalet was a great place for our get away. The recent renovation was beautiful and the cleanliness was excellent!!! Everything was in working order and available for cooking, and grilling. We like the location because it is easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge - although it's away enough that you can get away from the crowds. Booking was easy, the price was reasonable and Robert was available for questions and concerns. Although the cabin's view does not give you a overview of the mountains it does offer a peaceful, quiet forest view and we enjoyed sitting out there in the morning for coffee and grilling in the evening. Small suggestions that would make it even better: a higher quality shower head, a ceiling fan in bedroom, a small coffee table in front of the couch, a small table on the deck, a blow dryer, and Wi-fi. The things we really appreciated that you did have: a comfortable bed, the Keurig, plenty of towels, a comfortable couch, and the cleanliness. We would recommend this property!

Thanks for the great review. All suggestions are important to us. We are always looking to improve the property. As with A Walk In The Clouds, in Gatlinburg, listed at http://www.cabinsinthesmokiesbyowners.com. Making our guest stay more enjoyable is the goal. We have installed Wi-Fi and added a table in front of the couch. Thanks for staying at A Walk in the Clouds Too. Robert Wackman.
My husband and me plus our 2 boys (age 4 and 9) spent Thanksgiving week here. The pictures are definitely accurate. The swings in the back and the hot tub were great. This is a great spot for a weekend getaway, however there were a few things that we did not like for our family for a whole week. First, the drive up was more intense than we anticipated. There were many one lane, curvy roads. 4 wheel drive would definitely be necessary if there is any chance of ice. Having a washer and dryer was great! The kitchen had most of that we needed but it was annoying to not have a baking sheet to cook biscuits on and no dish rags or scrubbing brushes to wash dishes or wipe down the counters. The furniture is old and outdated and the bed was not comfortable. The little loft was cute for our boys but there is zero sound proofing and every tiptoe you could hear from the bedroom. I know these are very nitpicky things but I just wanted to leave a thorough review
The cabin looked exactly like the photos shown. Had everything we needed and very clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Would highly recommend to anyone.
