This conveniently located 2 BDR in downtown Lafayette is a great spot for your Colorado stay. Just second away from all of South Public Rd. and all the restaurants and shops, the ultimate downtown Lafayette experience. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a queen. Full kitchen and comfortable sitting area for TV make it the perfect place to start and finish your day exploring Colorado and beyond.

We have central heating here, but for AC, we have portable AC units in both bedrooms.

For trash, feel free to leave your trash bags at the end of your stay in the unit, and our cleaning team will take care of this. If you need to throw away trash during your stay, it is located at the back of the property.
