Private NEWLY built, fully equipped & stylish guesthouse
Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, super safe & quiet but within WALKING DISTANCE of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
Youll appreciate the quiet surroundings while still being just minutes from a wide selection of restaurants and shopping. Near 405 and 110 freeway access, LAX less than 10 miles and a short drive (6 miles) to the beach. Downtown LA is about 40 minutes away.
A private patio, a tasteful (fully furnished) living area with airco. A brand new queen size mattress, organic cotton sheets and a pull-out couch for extra guests. The washing machine and dryer are located in the spacious bathroom that also offers a nice rain shower.
Although the unit offers a full kitchen, there are plenty of restaurants, and local breweries nearby. Also there are two supermarkets conveniently located and within walking distance.
