Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the shower. Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer and place in trash can. Bag trash and place in trash can in carport with lid tightly secured.
Turn off all lights, close all windows. Leave air set at 71 degrees. Make sure all gas fireplaces are turned off.
Leave key on kitchen countertop. Lock all sliding doors and lock bottom lock on front door as you exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had the best time! The place is so lovely and comfortable. All of the beds and linens were so comfy. The place is so much bigger than I would have guessed and we slept like babies! The kitchen is well stocked and it was great having tvs in every room. The fireplace was so warm and cozy, the firepit was a blast, and the games were lots of fun. Greta was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous, short term stay, at this property. It is just lovely! Many upgraded features which made our stay not just comfortable but luxurious. Property manager, Greta, is outstanding and so available for any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Linville Land Harbor Gem

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Land Harbor. We have visited the community many times and this was by far our favorite property. Everything was brand new, clean, and pristine. The owners thought of every little detail from games for the family, the cozy fire stove, white noise machines in the bedrooms, bose blue tooth speaker to enjoy, an outdoor fire pit, a clean and new hot tub, and the list goes on. It was the perfect cabin like feel. The bedroom set up was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was new and clean from the bed linens, to the towels, to the dishes. You can tell when an owner goes over and beyond to make the little details matter... including cute little signs throughout the house guiding the experience. The house manager Greta communicated great prior to and throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We love Land Harbor as well, the amenities are great and always keep our 3 teenagers very entertained with the lakes, the pool, courts, the clubhouse and all the neighborhood festivities. And the proximity to the attractions is great, we visited Grandfather mountain, the coaster, Sorrento's and the wineries on this stay and usually enjoy Boone. Overall a 5-star plus review. We can't wait to come back!
