NO LOUD MUSIC:
Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimun, we are in a residential area. Excessive noises are subject to cancellation and a fine will be charged for your entire stay.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but you can smoke in our patio, (if you smoke inside the apartment, you will have a 500 usd fine.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
