The living area features a large double-recliner where you can unwind after a day of exploring the National Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with everything you need to make delicious meals or enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. It offers an eat-in dining table for 2. There is also a washer-dryer available for your use.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars, surrounded by stunning mountain views. There is a relaxing hot tub and a charcoal BBQ grill for your use as well. The home is ideally located near numerous hiking trails and many other outdoor activities in addition to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
