We fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful, private seclusion surrounded by nature and wildlife, yet just minutes from Stone Lake and a short drive to the University of Notre Dame. It truly feels like a hidden retreat, where you can relax and unplug, while still being close to everything. Plus, we’re excited about all the beautiful revitalization happening in Cass—there’s a real sense of community and growth here that made it an easy choice for us.
