Open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably. Free High speed Wifi, Direct TV cable services. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Estrella Mountain Ranch community is about 30 minutes southwest from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Many activities to keep busy in the west valley during your vacation. Cactus League spring training. 10 Spring training parks in the Phoenix area to choose from. Goodyear Ballpark is 5 miles from our house. Phoenix International raceway is 8 miles from the house and hosts Nascar every November. There is also the NBA Phoenix Suns, NFL Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes if interested.

Kid attractions: Phoenix Zoo, Butterfly Wonderland, Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield park and the Botanical Gardens are popular places to take the kids.

Golf enthusiasts: Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus Design golf course and Troon managed facility, offers a truly incredible golfing experience for golfers of all abilities.

There are hiking & biking trails near by, we have 2 Schwinn mountain bikes for you to use. There are Tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and more.

Walk around the two lakes or visit the Marina. There is an abundance of activities in our community. There are a few restaurants here for dining needs. We also have a grocery store and pharmacy within a mile of our home.

Oasis backyard with sparkling pool and trickling waterfall. Just relax in the covered patio overlooking the pool. Plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen has everything a cook or baker would want to create a great meal. Would you rather BBQ? We also have one by the pool.

The master bedroom features a king bed in modern design a big window with view to the pool and a 43" LED smart tv. The master bathroom comes with double sinks, shower and soaking tub. You will have plenty of towels. Included are 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.Attached to the master bedroom is a large walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 comes twin beds and is furnished in a modern design.

You will have a bathroom right outside your door with a brand new tiled shower. Plenty of counter space and storage. You will have plenty of towels. Included are 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Bedroom 3 comes with a queen bed. The shared bathroom is just down the hall.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the line brand new Stainless appliances includes a glass cook top with oven, french door fridge /freezer with ice and water in the door and dishwasher. RO water filter eliminates the need for bottled water. You also have a large island to prepare your meals or as a gathering place for the whole family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, pots and pans etc.

The dining area is equipped with a beautiful dining table. The island has two barstools for add extra seating.

The living area features a window with a view to the pool and patio. You can enjoy a nice evening watching movies using the 55 inch smart LED TV. You can choose from over 200 channels.You can also surf the internet using the smart TV or watch DVD's using the connected blue ray player.


After a long day enjoy a good meal on the patio with ceiling fan, furniture seating for 6 people and dining table for 4. Listen to the doves, pool fountain and palm trees blowing in the breeze. After all it is an Oasis.....

Great Desert Getaway

Family Spring Break Get-Away

What a fabulous place! We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this definitely ranks as one of the best. Incredibly clean and comfortable, so well stocked with everything you could need, and Penny was super responsive, helpful and accommodating. We hope to come back!

Best Experience Ever!

My husband and I loved staying in Penny and Roy’s Arizona Home! We had a wonderful time entertaining friends and family, golfing, eating out at nearby restaurants, taking walks in the quiet neighborhood and swimming and soaking up the sun in the beautiful backyard. This home had everything you could possibly want and Penny was the perfect hostess. She made our stay incredibly pleasant! Perfect Get Away

We had 2 adults and 3 young adults ranging from the age of 20-24, this rental was immaculate, spacious, and amenities for all, from relaxing by the pool, 2 mountain bikes, basketball, tennis courts near by, and hiking trails. The pool had beautiful lighting and a waterfall. The furniture and appliances are all updated, I even fell in love with the Silverware! Penny was a phone call away, she was so helpful. 2 people in our group are gluten free, and Penny went out of her way, to research and suggest some local eateries that provide Gluten Free options. Very clean and organised. Everything was clearly marked for ease of use. Anything you could want was provided. The pool and backyard area was exceptional. Desert Oasis

This was our first experience renting a house through VRBO and the Desert Oasis did not disappoint. We were in AZ for a baseball tournament and the house was conveniently located near every field. Check in and out was easy. We decided to extend our stay and Penny was awesome in accommodating our request. The pool is a big highlight of the house. We will definitely be back!

Amazing desert oasis!

I’m not sure where to start! Everything was nothing short of amazing! It felt like home away from home. Penny was the absolute BEST host! This home was beautiful, clean, and every detail was thought of when hosting guests. I couldn’t believe how many things were provided for use by her guests. There wasn’t a single thing left out, and she even left popsicles for the kids. The pool area/backyard is nothing short of AMAZING! You have to see it to believe it. I’d love to stay again! True desert oasis for our family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Penny and Roy's desert oasis! Impeccably clean, organized (everything had its place and all labeled!), and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen is fully stocked! We spent many hours in their spacious pool and my kids played with all the pool toys that were readily available! Penny was so quick to respond to any questions that we had, and beyond that, she was so sweet and friendly! 35-minute drive from Phoenix Airport. Safeway gocery store with Starbucks inside down the street. Thank you, again, Penny and Roy, for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We look forward to coming back to stay in the future!

Beautiful Property in Goodyear

This beautiful home is a 10/10! We stayed here on business for a few months with the kids and could not be more impressed! The home was beautifully put together, very homey and welcoming, it felt like home away from home. It has a very chic and comfortable feel with games for the family and a cozy lounge area by the pool. We loved coming back to the house after a long day to relax, grill out by the pool and enjoy the beautiful ambiance. It truly is an oasis in the desert. The owners were very sweet and accommodating. During our summer stay, they offered us information about local neighborhood things to do during the 4th of July for the kids, they referred us awesome restaurants and activities in the area and helped us maximize our stay. It was like having our own personal concierge making the trip effortless and so fun. The house has everything you need to enjoy cooking and chilling at home. I wish we could live here full time. We will definitely be back any chance we get. Thank you Penny and Roy for your hospitality! You have outdone yourselves.

Our stay at the Desert Oasis was everything we had hoped for. The house is very well stocked with everything top quality from kitchen ware, linens, beds, outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable. I am a person who likes to cook and I really appreciated the cooking utensils and kitchen ware. The owners have not skimped on anything. We have stayed in the Estrella Mtn area several times in the past and this is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. We also liked the proximity to the local grocery store, pharmacy, and sporting venues. It was also really nice having the option to have the pool heated. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners - they were just a text message or phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions. Overall the home was very well appointed - had everything that you would need plus more. The owners were delightful to deal with - even when a small problem arose they took care of it immediately. They were always available if there were any questions that needed answered. The neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. So close to many amenities - supermarkets, drug stores, golf, baseball and lots of restaurants to choose from close by. We love to travel and book our stays in apartments or homes. We have been renting properties here in the Goodyear area for 4 years and we fell in love with Estrella Mountain Ranch. This community is very family friendly which is exactly what we were looking for. A pool was at the top of our list and all the amenities located here at EMR were a big priority for us to stay active. We are living the Dream with our Desert Oasis.

Why they chose this property

The minute we walked in the door it felt like home. Our pool is the largest one we saw on our house hunt. It's a 15,000 gallon With a waterfall and cool decking surrounding it. The covered back patio lends itself to entertaining quests along with the gazebo for dining poolside. It is the perfect fit for our family and we would like to share it with our quests.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a open floor plan with split sleeping areas. Perfect for families, couples, guys golfing trip or s fun girls trip.
