Ótimo casa e condomínio bem estruturado

Tudo muito bom, condomínio com boa estrutura, comércio próximo, fácil acesso a praia e anfitrião (Leandro) gente boa demais.Apenas um apontamento: realizar atualização das tomadas elétricas e se instalar ar condicionado na parte inferior fica imbatível.

Ótima casa em condomínio fechado com piscina, que acomoda bem 10 pessoas. Estacionamento limitado a 2 carros. Um pouco longe (a pé) da praia e do comércio da cidade.

casa boa, com algumas avarias, necessita de boas poltronas na sala, em condominio bom, localizado um tanto distante(cerca 1 km ) da praia, proximo a centro comercial excelente.

Obrigado Stella pela sua avaliação , as poltronas são modelo rústico, colocarei mais outra opção , a distância sim aproximadamente 850 metros da praia e a 400 mts do cetro gastronômico/ comercial , trocarei a porta do armário externo que está com problema.

A casa é muito boa, grande, todos os quartos tem banheiro e ar condicionado, a sala é ampla e a area externa é agradavel. O condominio tem uma boa estrutura, piscina e os funcionarios sao simpaticos. A localização não é das melhores pois é um pouco longe da praia (precisa ir de carro), mas no final da rua ja esta o centrinho onde tem restaurantes, mercado e shopping. A casa tem vaga para até 3 carros porém é muito dificil de estacionar dada a falta de espaço. No geral gostamos muito da nossa estadia e pretendemos voltar!!

Recomendo, otima casa, com ar condicionado inclusive, toda avarandada e otima distribuição. Condominio tranquilo, bonito, fora a piscina que estava otima. Nao conhecia juquey e tudo de muito bom gosto. excelente custo beneficio.

Casa Excelente!

Passei o Carnaval com meus pais e filha pequena e adoramos a casa e o condomínio. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e não tivemos nenhum problema em nossa estadia. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente e casa é muito aconchegante e espaçosa. Com certeza vamos voltar outras vezes!

Viajamos em 3 casais. A casa supriu todas as nossas expectativas. Boa localização,muito limpa e confortavel. Ambiente bastante aconchegante , linda e típica casa de praia com tudo o que você espera para uma boa estadia. Condominio muito bonito , limpo e com uma bela piscina. Porteiros muito educados e solícitos. O zelador José Roberto muito atencioso e prestativo. Boa casa!!

Excelente casa! Atendeu todas as expectativas, estava limpa, bom espaço para churrasco e área de lazer (piscina), e é conforme demonstrado nas fotos. O Sr. Leandro respondeu sempre com agilidade e esclareceu todas as dúvidas. Os funcionários (tanto portaria, quanto limpeza) sempre atencioso! Não tivemos nenhum problema. Entretanto, como estávamos com uma criança de 2 anos, precisamos ir com um carro, visto que é um pouco afastado da praia. Recomendo e voltarei a alugá-la.

Obrigado pelo seu comentário ,sempre procuramos atender da melhor e mais rápido possível , crianças pequenas precisam de uma atenção especial e um automóvel ajuda a transportar os brinquedos e apetrechos e principalmente aqueles que não podem ou não querem fazer uma caminhada de 8 minutos .

Very comfortable and clean!

Our stay at Leandro's home was very comfortable. The outside BBQ area is very nice, and the outdoor shower with hot water was perfect after a day at the beach. The house was immaculate and seems to be a newer construction home. The only downside to the house is that it is a little far from the beach. It is possible to walk, but with small children, it’s probably better to drive. The upside though is that it is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. which was very convenient especially since it rained most of the week we there! Leandro was very nice and got in touch with me after my stay to make sure that everything went okay. We hope to be back in the very near future!

Casa linda, mas problemas sérios

A casa é linda, e o condomínio também. Mas a casa estava infestada de baratas devido a uma forte chuva. E por azar houve um assalto a mão armada no condomínio.

Obrigado pela sua observação , fazemos detetização periodicamente na casa e nesse dia especificamente houve uma grande chuva ,onde pode ter ocorrido o surgimento desse inseto , apos janeiro , foi feita uma nova detetização , eliminando assim qualquer tipo de inseto , e inibindo o seu surgimento , quanto ao assalto , foi uma tentativa , onde não foi bem sucedido , acarretando a prisão de todos .
