My family of five (including three adult children) stayed here on a very cold, snowy day and the "Schoolhouse" was so welcoming and comfy! Surrounded by nature and conveniently located for hiking in the state park (cold but beautiful!).

The host was very welcoming. The cabin was super cozy, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect — close to hiking trails, the lodge, and the fire tower. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

We had a marvelous time hiking in Mohican State Park and visiting with our friends in this pretty and perfectly comfortable home. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It must be very newly renovated. We cooked our meals here and had all the cookware and dishes needed. The beds and bedding were warm and comfortable.

Very charming and well-appointed with lots of room. There were four of us and it was quite comfortable. We only fixed one meal there but the kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. All instructions were clear and the owner was prompt with any communications.

The house was perfect! It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals, the beds were comfortable, and porch was perfect for an evening of relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do.

We give this little school house an A! The attention to detail was not lost on us. From the school bell on the front porch, to the various groupings of old school related photos, we enjoyed the theme throughout. Everything was neatly in its place and easy to find. We would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to experience the peace of the Mohican forest but also feel pampered in this quant schoolhouse with luxury hotel feel.

Our stay was wonderful! The schoolhouse was comfortable and well supplied. The beds comfortable and showers perfect. Appreciated having a quiet place to return to after a days adventure at the park and after a local wedding. Easy communication with Drew. Easy access into house. Convenient parking. Highly recommend and hope to return!!
