We had a fantastic experience at this property. Alli was responsive and clear in her communications. The property was perfectly situated and beautifully designed. We were able to bring our dogs and they were very comfortable. And we really appreciated the small touches - chilled water bottles waiting in the fridge, a selection of snacks, coffee to-go cups and even toothbrushes and razors if you happened to forget yours! The bath products were all high-quality. Check out instructions were easy. We would definitely stay again.

This is such a beautiful and luxurious home! The design really brought Florida to life for us and the special touches in each room from snacks to chargers to fancy showers made each day enjoyable. We were very surprised and impressed by how nice everything was — starting with the house itself, which was clean and very comfortable, and then all the thoughtful details (many of which we didn’t even expect). This place was super nice and quaint. Attention to detail by the owner was amazing. Exquisitely decorated and so clean and inviting. The only issue here is my own fault for only booking 1 night...we could've stayed a week and it still wouldn't have been long enough!

Amazing experience with our stay! Very quiet, relaxing and safe area. The property has a great layout and was spotless. Very comfortable and cozy. Everything was 100% functional. No issues at all. Very clean and everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and dine. Complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and a variety of drinks in the fridge, etc. The property was incredibly pet friendly. Our pups enjoyed their stay as much as we did! Great location in general. Less than a mile to Jensen beach. A lot of other great areas and things to do in close proximity. Excellent communication. Would stay there again! Great experience and highly recommended!

This was one of the nicest rentals my family and I have ever stayed in. The house is so pristine and clean with every amenity you could possibly ask for. The decor and design in the house is so beautiful with attention to detail around every corner. It was one of those homes where if you said "Oh, I forgot to bring that." The house most likely has what you forgot! The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the kids liked that there were smart tvs in every room. We came for a couple days to explore the Jensen Beach/Hutchinson Island area and would definitely stay at the Salt and Sand again as the location was close to everything! Check out Ross Witham beach if you are in the area as the beautiful rock formations on the beach are a site to see! Enjoy!

This place was homier than our own home! First of all, this house is beautifully decorated (the owner definitely has an eye). Secondly, it is immaculate! Not to mention that every amenity has been addressed. From toiletries to beach chairs to kitchen stuff to extra blankets and pillows, nothing was over looked. Our family stayed for 18 days and were in no rush to go home…but wait, there’s more…the location was perfect too. This vacation rental definitely gets all the stars!
