Report maintenance issues promptly so we can fix them fast. Lock up, switch off lights & Set AC to 78 when leaving — help us stay energy-friendly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered overnight guests. May be allowed with prior approval and an extra nightly fee. No pets unless discussed and agreed upon in advance
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the porch/balcony. Any sign of smoking will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.
Please DO NOT flush sanitary products, paper towels, kitchen towels, or “flushable” wipes — our vintage pipes can’t handle them.
