Great location and area. Enjoyed the quietness of the street and the privacy at the beach. Easy to get to beach and the community area across the street. What was a little awkward was the placement of the bunkbed rooms. We have 8 grandchildren who were under the age of 8 years old and the access to the basement where the two rooms are located for bunkbeds was either the elevator or going outside staircase. The children were scared to use the elevator so we had to go get walkie talkies and monitors so we could make sure they were safe through the night. Great house for families with teenagers!

Our host was attentive and responsive. He did let us know not to arrive until 4pm because of the cleaning crew and that people may come to service the pool while we were there. We arrived at 4 and waited a few minutes for the cleaners to finish and leave. The outside trash and recycling were full to the brim and the trash smelled horrible with maggots, a new can was brought out but the stinky one was left. The floors did not appears to be swept under the kitchen cabinets or mopped. There was an open pack of golden Oreos left in the cabinet and an open oatmeal cream pie in the pantry. We did appreciate that most of the bathrooms had a roll of toilet paper and the bathrooms all had hand soap. I think next time I will ask for a schedule of who and when people may show up for the pool, the cleaner gave us a scare and her interactions with her employee made us leave the house. She blocked our golf carts with her truck so we left in our cars. She was going to the house next door but stayed parked in our driveway.
