First floor hosts a family room with TV and games (Luxury King air mattress provided upon request). You walk through a dining room and in to the fully-stocked updated kitchen. Back door to fenced yard; outside patio with grill and dining space. Up the stairs you’ll find a bedroom With 2 twin beds (plus luxury single air mattress in closet) as well as the hall bathroom. With tub/shower. Down the hall will be the primary bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with shower as well as the washer/dryer, iron:ironing board. OLD TOWN NORTH - Parker-Gray Historic District in the Northwestern quadrant of Old Town Alexandria. Harris Teeter, one block to the left; Trader Joes, one block to the right. King Street 7 blocks South, Metro 6 blocks West, Waterfront 7 blocks East, minutes to Reagan National Airport. Walkable distance to plethora of restaurants and walking/biking trails. Plentiful, unassigned, street parking. Walking distance to many amenities, restaurants, waterfront and metro. 4 miles to Reagan National Airport Plenty of street parking available. Upon request, Parking passes are provided, if needed, Monday - Friday…many guests use the public transportation and walk due to proximity to all the attractions Alexandria has to offer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used bath and kitchen towels in laundry basket in room closet. Please strip the bed sheets and pillow cases and put in laundry basket
Throw trash away
Trash out back alley Sunday night, bring cans back in Monday. On departure, please remove all items from fridge and freezer unless otherwise instructed
Turn all lights off and turn heat down to 65 and air conditioning up to 78
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
