Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bath, screened lanai with additional access off master bedroom, front deck, living room, full kitchen and more awaits you at our home.

Enjoy your morning coffee, a good book or evening dinner from the screened in lanai while you take in the beauty of the palm trees and flowering trees at our home. If you prefer, the front deck provides another great place to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Fort Myers Beach.

All of your needs are provided for at Tranquil Gulf Shores for your memorable beach stay.

With so much to do from strolling white sands, shell hunting, dining at beach restaurants, island hopping or playing around of golf, you'll know you are in paradise.

Tranquil Gulf shores will provide you with the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a busy day on Fort Myers Beach.

Our townhome is located two short blocks from the beach. Publix is located one mile to the north for your grocery needs. Times Square and the Pier are just a short two miles away.

Our townhome is also dog friendly to small dogs under 20 pounds. Should your dog be larger than 20 pounds prior approval is required. Other pets are not permitted. However additional cleaning fee applies.

Home away from home

Enjoyable stay in pleasant neighborhood

Rental process was efficient and check in was easy. Home is clean, quite comfortable and in a friendly neighborhood. My only recommendations would be an upgrade of the living room TV and chairs.

Wonderful Duplex Near Beach

Fantastic duplex. Kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans, great coffee cups, etc. Nice front porch and a back screened in lanai. Loved private laundry facilities. Great owner communication. Easy walk to the beach, foldable wagon available. Thanks Barb!

Adorable rental (pictures really don't do it justice) convenient to everything. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, grocery store a mile or so away-this place has it all. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels (including beach towels), the kitchen was well equipped, laundry area was great, coolers, wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys were all accessible in the storage room. And, most importantly to me anyway, it was probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The only negative would be the very worn front steps but that certainly wasn't a deal breaker for us. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

This property was excellent. It was quiet and out of the way with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Not sure if it is always this way but if you go to the north end of the island either take a bike or walk it will be faster. We ended up renting bikes while we were there and it made touring the area much better. The accomodations were as advertised and we could not ask for anything more. Great price, location and amenities.

Just pack your bags and show up as this place has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Location is quiet but close to everything.

Needs some updating

Front steps and rail need repair or should be replaced. Master room bed is very uncomfortable needs new mattress. Needs new toaster and coffee maker. And a larger screen TV way to small for room. Had to have entrance lock replaced it wasn’t working properly 4days out of a 6 day stay we hade to leave the door unlocked when we went out. The owner Barb was helpful regarding the front door lock. Repair.

Perfect Getaway

This place was very clean & was well stocked with all household essentials for our 6 day stay. Brand was a friendly and prompt communicator. Location is nice and quiet, away from the hussle of the busy downtown area, but close enough to get to all the action in less than 10minutes. Will definitely be back!

This duplex provided us with great accommodations. Large kitchen and living rooms. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms as well. The furniture was comfortable to lounge in and the screened porch was great to sip the morning coffee. My only disappointment in this rental were the beds. The master bed was a full sized bed, but it also was very loud. Anytime someone moved, the box spring would creek loudly. The second bedroom was similar, but not quite as bad. This property is not on the beach, but a short 5 minute walk and you are there. The owners provide a sand wagon to tote the chairs and lounges (provided) down to the beach. They also provide a cooler for bringing refreshments along. Beach towels were provided so we didn’t have to pack any for our stay. That was nice. Our neighbors in the other unit were seasonal renters and were very polite and pleasant to talk to. Our AC worked great, but we preferred the ceiling fans. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay.

Our family is from a small rural town in Iowa. We have been traveling to Fort Myers Beach for many years during the holiday season. We have always enjoyed our stay at the beach so decided to make a purchase. We try to escape the Iowa winters and enjoy the warm weather when we can. We are very much looking forward to sharing our home with you. We hope that you find it as relaxing as we do when we are there. It truly is a 'home away from home'.

What makes this property unique

When you pull into the driveway of our house, we've been told you get the feeling of 'home'. It is beautifully landscaped and on a quiet street. It gives you a feeling of beach living without all the hustle and bustle of the city. We hope you enjoy sitting on either of the two porches or in the rock garden. You can be as busy as you wish. The location is perfect for whatever your interests may be during your beach vacation.
