You are staying in a 100+ year old FAMOUS & historic building. The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the exterior of the building itself is older, and we do not own this building. Please don't hold the age of the exterior against us when leaving a review, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern luxury interior of your unit.

Paid parking lots can be found in the area (See "guest access"), and there is some street parking.

This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, BUT there is a homeless crisis in San Diego. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people in the area, here is a company you can call where someone will come and remove any homeless: Clean and Safe San Diego.

The windows are double paned, but this is Downtown San Diego, so there may be city / construction noise.

Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult
