The space was great, very clean, comfy beds. The only issue (which is not the hosts fault) was that the bar downstairs was very loud. If youre planning to stay here make sure you have some earplugs or something.

The Otter house was otterly amazing! The host took care of us when there was a need. There were a few things, but overall the beds were outstanding and the location was perfect! We'll stay there again!

great location! two recommendations- consider adding bath accessory to shower to hold shampoo/soap. consider updating listing to state the two flights of stairs to the otter presidential suite. we had a wonderful stay and thank you for having coffee pods dropped off. happy holidays!

Super cute and nice apartment. The noise outside with the bar downstairs is no joke. We were there on a holiday weekend, so thumping music and cops outside monitoring the mayhem each night. That said, we took earplugs and had a great stay!

We absolutely loved this place! I would recommend this place. We had one issue but it was resolved. If you have children, I would probably stay somewhere else. There are bars all around and gets loud at night but it does get really quiet after 1:30 a.m. The property manager was absolutely amazing and is very quick to respond to your needs.

This was a great location right on in the historic part of St Charles. Clean rooms. Only thing I would say is maybe not kid friendly, located in the bar part and we were there Friday-Sunday. Lots of activity going on until early morning hours. However with that being said, we were able to sleep soundly. We were also located on the 3rd floor. The listing did not mention this but did say no elevators. My mistake for not asking. One of my daughters was having respiratory issues that weekend, a little rough on her. All in all we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful suite, great location, but we have some suggestions…it was have been really nice to have communicated with an actual person instead of all our questions being answered through AI or whatever. A shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc would be nice. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy. An ice machine maybe in the main level for guests to use. A more thorough job cleaning..table and chairs were dirty, silverware caddy was dirty, cobwebs in the bathroom.

Great location for exploring Saint Charles. The suite provided a nice view of the river, yet we could find nearly everything we wanted within a short walk from our lodging. Plenty of towels for a group of girls and the extra power strips were greatly appreciated.
