Do not leave A/C Units running ALL DAY when not in the house. Early Check-in and Late Check-out requests will incur an additional charge of $35 each.
No visitors during the stay Only registered people as guests can stay overnight in the house. Take out ALL trash/garbage when checking out.
Guest agrees that no one outside of the number of “guests reservation” will be allowed in the house - No outside invitations are allowed.
