What makes this property unique

Maison Rouge NYC is a full-buyout private townhouse with live-in oversight. Guests have the entire residence to themselves... no shared entrances, no common hallways, no rotating staff.

Unlike most luxury listings, this home is managed on site. The house is actively maintained, quiet, and controlled throughout your stay, which allows for a higher standard of cleanliness, privacy, and consistency.

The layout is intentional. Multiple levels allow guests to be together without being on top of one another. Five private suites offer hotel-level comfort, while shared spaces remain calm and uncluttered. A rooftop terrace provides outdoor air without leaving the property.
