This property has a scenic view and the upper balcony was great for morning coffee, afternoon reading, and visiting with family while enjoying the pretty river and hills. We had comfortable beds to accommodate our group of 11 with plenty of space to spread out, play cards & games and relax. We enjoyed the pool table in the family room. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with utensils and cookware. The outside furniture on the lower level was dirty and not "company ready" and indoor areas were not clean. I had trouble getting the pre-check-in email from our host (not even in my spam folder) but she was great at communicating and answering my questions via vrbo messaging. The driveway is very steep and some vehicles may have trouble reaching the property, especially in rainy/snowy conditions. We had a wonderful time.
