Excellent host who goes the extra mile. Super easy check-in. Guesthouse is clean and has everything you need, plus some, for a very comfortable stay. Great location. If you have business at the hospital, I would definitely book here. It’s very short drive to the hospital. Great restaurants and shopping close by too. Will book again the next time I’m in Midland.

Nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. It is not far from Midland Memorial, if in town for work. Also MUGS field is within walking distance if in town for sports. Newly revamped sand volleyball court and Ulmer Park just short walk away for families with kids.

What makes this property unique

It is a studio style guesthouse to our main 3bedroom 1 bath house, both are available for separate bookings based on availability. Helps with large families or sports teams traveling together.
