This guest has used a Fake name John Doe which is violation of Vrbo terms, they plotted a calculated fraud by booking the place and requesting full refund. We never received a communication from them during the entire stay. They created a letter demanding full refund and created series of excuses and false information about the property to justify full refund.
They even took matters outside of Vrbo violating Vrbo rules, they never submitted a claim for their acquisitions through Vrbo instead requested a refund through their credit card company.
John Parker is the real name of the person, please stay away from these people. They want to use hosts properties for free and never pay a dime that is why they use fake names to book to avoid getting banned from Vrbo.
