The cabin features a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, plus a portable bed—ideal for small families. In the living room, a comfortable futon provides additional sleeping space, making it easy to accommodate your group.

Enjoy thoughtful amenities designed for relaxation and fun, including WiFi, an above-ground pool, and a variety of outdoor games. Start your mornings with peaceful water views and coffee on the porch, then take advantage of the included two-person kayak for a scenic paddle along the river.

Spend your afternoons exploring nearby beaches, fishing, or bringing your own boat—there’s direct waterfront access for easy launching on the public ramp. Visiting in June? You can also request to rent our boat through the Boatsetter app for an added adventure.

Clean little cabin on the river. Has its own little dock and so much for the kids to do! Love the oak trees and all the scenery. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Hello! My name is Maria, and together with my husband Jorge, we’re creating a family-friendly retreat called Seahorse—a peaceful 6-acre waterfront property designed for comfort, fun, and memorable experiences.
Located just 20–30 minutes from beautiful local beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, Seahorse is the perfect home base to relax and explore the Gulf Coast. Guests have private access to the bay by boat, and we recommend staying for a few days to truly enjoy everything the property and surrounding area have to offer.
Seahorse is also an active plant nursery farm, and we’re working on growing it into a unique agrotourism destination complete with small farm animals in the near future. While we build toward that dream, you’ll still enjoy complete privacy and easy self check-in during your stay.
Our cozy cabin is clean, well-appointed with thoughtful technology and amenities, and we’re excited to welcome our very first guests. Since we’re just launching, we truly value your feedback as we fine-tune every detail to make Seahorse an even more special place. We’ve priced our listing to reflect this exciting phase, and we’re grateful to those who help shape our journey with kind reviews.
