Awesome resort

The resort is fantastic. Super close to the parks, Disney Springs, and all other attractions. The resort itself is great as well with plenty to do for adults and kids. Rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Disney.

Excellent Place to Spend Your Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek in Mid June 2017. The condo is great, well furnished, roomy (there were four of us in a two bedroom). The resort has everything you would want if you never left to visit the parks. The staff are amazing; you can tell by the service they provide that they truly enjoy their jobs. I would have given it 5 stars but the connecting walls need a little extra sound proofing. To Heidi and Concierge Realty, I can only say thank you, thank you very much. Heidi was wonderful to work with; she answer my MANY questions and made the whole process seem easy and safe.

Xmas week Disney

Other than a few maintenance items, stay was good. We ordered room service the 1st night - waited 2 hours for a gross dinner. A/C did not work consistently through the unit. Location was convenient for Lyft and Uber. We took advantage of the skylift for Studios and Epcot for a cheaper share ride cost. Pool facilities were great. For older guests, suggest building 4, 5 , or 6. We used Publix Instacart for delivered groceries

Nice Condo - but frustrating experience

Honestly - this was the 2nd year we stayed at this property and we will not return. Our first year, everything went smoothly and our condo was perfect...we had a gorgeous view of the lake and had plenty of room. This past year, we were very disappointed because we could not get a lake view, our rental was messed up by the owner and we had to wait 2 hours to get in and it was late at night when we arrived. For the money, we should be able to request what building and what view we get for the week...we were very disappointed with our parking lot view and over flow parking situation. The tower we were in this past year was not nearly as nice as the one we stayed in the previous year.

Wyndham you need to do the right thing

Flew to Florida, checked in Late Saturday night, kept me at the front desk trying to get me to a sales presentation. Sunday and Monday were great-beautiful property. Went grocery shopping stocked our kitchen Monday. Tuesday morning having coffee on the balcony with beautiful views of pool and noticed all the pool chairs being stacked this was 7:30 am. At 9:00 there was a note at the door-the entire property was shutting down!! Everything pools, restaurants, activities even the grills. Enforcing social distancing! The entire place cleared out in 24 hrs! It took me 12 hrs to get a hold of the person I rented the property from. We flew home Wednesday. I was told there is No Refund per the contract. All that money wasted. My family was so disappointed. This has not been my experience with VRBO

Wyndham Bonnet Creek has always been one of my favourite resorts until this last time.

The location of this resort is great. Close to everything which is a good thing because their shuttle service is expensive and comes with a lot of rules and conditions. When I first started going to this resort it was free and easy. The swimming pools are great. The condos themselves are good and equipped with all the basics. I tried two of the restaurants and service was slow each time. Again the food was okay but not worth the wait. Their were some children’s events but most of them came with a price as well. This was the fourth time I have stayed at Bonnet Creek and probably the last. The cost of this resort should include some extras ( especially shuttle service) and it does not.

My Family's FL Trip

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Condo. There was plenty of room everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The only point I would recommend is more comfy couches, I know they are new but it was hard after a long day at the park to get comfortable with my kiddos and relax.

Excellent experience

My daughter and I went to Disney and had a wonderful time. The Wyndham Bonnet Creek unit is very beautiful, very spacious and had all we needed. We ended up getting a three bedroom unit and the extra space was great!The location is very convenient to the Disney Resorts and was super easy to get around. We enjoyed the lazy river and the pools and the pirate water slide, although it was a tad cool....The condo was quiet, had a beautiful view and was very clean. It had all we needed. The staff was super helpful and polite. We did have an issue with parking, so be careful where you park and make sure you don't park in the deck belonging to the hotel, but that is not any reflection on the owner. I felt safe at all times and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. We were greeted at the entrance gate after a long day of travel by a very kind and helpful lady who directed us to the unit and then we checked in, and had the wonderful assistance of Lynn to help get our tickets and plan our girls vacation. All in all I cannot wait to go back and would stay no other place when we go back to Disney!!! Heidi was super helpful during the entire process and there was never a question that went unanswered. Superb!!!

Teen & Tween Friendly Rental

We loved the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort for our family vacation! We appreciated being so close to Disney, and having the flexibility of enjoying a 2 bedroom Condo as our home away from home. The property was clean and beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the different activities that were planned. The facilities are great, and my tween daughter loved the challenge of swimming in a different pool every day! The customer service was excellent, and every time I made a request (ie. kettle for the room), someone from customer service followed up to make sure the request was completed to my satisfaction. The condo itself is great for teens, as the kids bedroom had it's own bathroom, and the kids felt like they had their own space. We were so close to Disney that we could let the girls sleep in, enjoy a relaxing breakfast, swim, and still have plenty of time to go to the Parks (we enjoyed being at the parks later in the day too). We had an awesome view of the fireworks at Disney every night (that is if we weren't at Disney itself). I couldn't imagine going back to a standard hotel room after enjoying the conveniences and extra space of the condo. Thank you to the courteous staff at Concierge Realty...especially Heidi Rustic, for helping us through the booking process. She was very helpful, answering all my questions promptly and with a great attitude. All in all, this was a great experience, great location, great property!

Terrible Customer Service

My family and I stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek - at Disney World for Christmas 2016. We had made special arrangements for 10 days with this owner. When we went to check in we were told we only had 7 days booked and would need to make other arrangements starting on Christmas Eve. VRBO insured me that I would not need to find a new place and that we would be taken care of by the owner. I spent EVERY afternoon for an average of an hour and once for 2 hours trying to get answers from Wyndham, VRBO and their owner. On Christmas Eve we came back to the Condo only to be locked out. Three hours later we were let in "since it was Christmas Eve" and told the owner would be sure we had accommodations for the extent of our stay. WRONG! Christmas Day we were locked out of the Condo again. This was by far the WORST experience ever. The owner and Wyndham were difficult to work with and caused MUCH stress to myself and my family.

Fantastic Place To Stay With Family

A fantastic three bedroom condo, with all the utilities you can ask for! The condo is VERY spacious for large families. The Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort was incredible, with lots going on and many amenities to choose from. My family and I only wished we could have enjoyed the resort more, but Disney parks called. The resort is located in a prime location and within walking distance to Disney's Boardwalk. My family and I throughly enjoyed our two week stay at this resort and can't wait to return.

In the heart of Disney! Room for everyone.

We could see the fireworks from our villa. Got a great price - less than the price of a Disney hotel room and we ended up with a two bedroom villa. There is a water park at the timeshare, so we would go back to play when the parks were crowded. Would like to go again!

Transportation is a bit tricky, however, uber worked great door to door to all attractions. Great rate for being on Disney grounds. Hotel has great seafood and steak restaurant. Great time at Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

We brought our daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday. The four of them stayed in the guest room and we stayed in the other bedroom. It was a great getaway -the rental was well priced and because we had a kitchen, we didn't have to eat at the restaurants for every meal. We ate breakfast and dinner in the room. The dining room table was large, so we all could eat together. The girls loved the pools, lazy river, water slides and stayed there all day. At night, we would go to Disney Springs, watch a movie, go to the arcade or watch fireworks. We never went into the Disney parks. It was a great time and we will definitely return.

Great resort- better than any hotel you could book!

Booking a vacation villa or condo is the way to go when visiting Orlando. It's a much better alternative to cramming our family of five (parents and teens) into a 2-bedroom hotel. Once you consider that a hotel will also charge probably a $30 resort fee per night, plus $25 parking fee per night, a villa/condo with twice the space is a much better value. I'd rather spend $100-200 for a week of (healthier) breakfast groceries, snacks and drinks, than have a mediocre free breakfast at another hotel property. Wyndham Bonnet Creek is an upscale, beautiful property with plenty of pools and activities, barbeque areas, pool bars and restaurants. We booked a 3-bedroom presidential suite (2 bedrooms with a king in each, and 1 bedroom with 2 queens) through Heidi at Concierge Realty and it was a very straight-forward process. The room itself was recently upgraded, clean, very spacious and luxurious. Management provided enough coffee filters, dish soap and dishwasher detergent for a week, and laundry soap for a few loads. Kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and tool one would need including a blender. The location of the property within Disney limits is very convenient- we rented a van so can't comment on the park transportation. Orlando is very spread out so I can't imagine not having a vehicle, unless you were just going to visit Disney parks only. All in all, the suite we rented helped make our vacation great.

The Mediterranean-style villas are comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. With the full kitchen, full-size dining room table, large living room and balcony, it feels like home.

There are six pools, pirate ship, many Jacuzzis, two lazy rivers, playground, complimentary mini golf, kids club and so much more. Fireworks every night.

What makes this property unique

We love walking around the lake and happening upon musical guests or parties. There is always something going on here! We love the variety of pools. The pool has a fire pit and swinging benches. One of the lazy rivers has a water cannon. Tons of shaded Jacuzzis. A playground for adults and kids alike. Having our own kitchen means not having to dine out for every meal. Being inside the gates of Disney means that we can be anywhere in Disney world in short order. The perfect resort for your Orlando vacation.
