Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 3-bed, 1.5-bath home boasts incredible views and private beach right in your own backyard. This isn't just a rental; it's a fully equipped home designed for a fantastic getaway – just bring your swimwear! Kids can safely play in the shallow waters, and you can even enjoy crabbing from your own property! BBQ, beach chairs, kayak, paddleboard, bikes, fishing rods. AC/Heat, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop/oven, coffee maker, washer/dryer, linens, bath & beach towels, hair dryer. Sorry, no pets, no smoking, no loud parties. Walk to marina, playground, fishing pier. Drive 5 min to restaurants. Please don't go onto our neighbors' properties; the dock isn't part of our home.
