Relax and make memories at Ocean Breeze Oasis! This fully renovated home has everything you need for a FUNtastic getaway. Whether spending time at Ocean Gate Beach, Splash Park, or relaxing by the pool!
We are three short blocks away from the mile-long boardwalk and beach. Are you looking for something more private? No problem! Spend time in the fenced-in backyard with the pool, BBQ, and lawn games!
We are short distances to Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Beach, LBI, and Atlantic City!
The Space:
Our house has three bedrooms. Each featuring queen size beds. The Living room has a full-size sofa bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with changing and vanity area. Enjoy family filled memories both outside and inside the home.
Pool is now OPEN for 2025 season!
Other amenities the house offers:
* Private Pool! 🌊 (NOT heated.. FYI)
* High Speed internet (great for work at home)
* 3 Roku TV’s setup in the living room, maste, and first bedroom.(Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Etc.)
* Cable TV in Living Room
* Living Room is equipped with family games (Foosball table, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc.)
* Fully equipped Kitchen
* Washer and Dryer
* Beach & Pool Towels provided for guests
* Beach & Pool accessories (Beach cart, sand toys & pool floats)
* Fire Pit w / Adirondack chairs
* BBQ Grill on patio
*JUST ADDED* Pac-Man Arcade Machine & Karaoke Machine with two microphones!
🏖️ Complementary beach badges are available for access to the private beach & splash park for children.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire property. You will get a personalized door code for keyless entry before you arrive!
Keyless Entry:
Guests will be provided a personalized guest code upon their arrival. There is a keypad lock on the front door. The code is changed after every guest and expires at the length of your stay.
Security Cameras:
We have two security cameras on the property. A ring doorbell and a camera in the backyard. There are no cameras inside. We value and respect your privacy inside our home!
**Parties and Events are not allowed**
** STRICT NO PETS ALLOWED** $150 Fine will be charged if you smoke / vape in the house and leave cigarette butts

We fell in love with the Jersey Shore when our parents purchased their home and wanted to pass along that ability to other families and friends. We are originally from New York. We love interacting with our guests and making sure they are having a great experience while at Ocean Breeze Oasis.

Our neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to any activities your family needs. Steps away are the pickle ball and tennis courts! There is also a playground and basketball courts across the street. Then a short 5 minute walk to the beach.
What makes this property unique
Our property is located only 3 blocks away from a mile long walking boardwalk and private beach. When you step into our home, you are welcomed with an entertainment living room at your finest! Take time to capture your memories in front of our neon lit grass wall! Tired of the sand and beach? No problem! Relax out on the deck and enjoy the pool!
