Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are checking out on Monday or Friday, kindly roll dark brown trash can to the street the night before you leave. If there on a Wednesday, roll tan recycling can to the street. Thank you!
Lower the umbrella on deck when not in use. With the home elevation, the winds can be stronger, especially during storms.
Turn lights off and/or close windows
If applicable, clean up after dog.
