This location is amazing from views to the house itself. Everything very clean pretty much anything you would need plus more was available.Cant wait to come back
I had such a wonderful stay during my Shenandoah getaway! The place was spotless, extremely clean and well taken care of ; which made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and family-friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We stayed at this home for 4 nights for our trip visiting Shenandoah National Park (45-1hr away) and we had a fantastic experience! The home was great, seemed very clean, was beautifully decorated, had comfortable couches and beds and we really enjoyed the amazing views from the back porch. Gazebo and fire pit areas were such nice touches as well! I’d highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
This is an awesome house - everything brand new! It's on a hillside with a view down to the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, which is a short walk down the hill. The dogs loved it, and so did the people! The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans and other cooking utensils, with all appliances in perfect working order. Beds, bathrooms and hangout areas all very substantial and comfortable. It's the perfect place to use as a base of operations for the River, the Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns, New Market Civil War museum and battle field, and so much more. Don't miss breakfast at the Hawksbill Diner in Stanley, lunch at the Southern Kitchen in New Market and supper at Il Vesuvio in Luray! If you're driving through Front Royal, be sure to stop at Spelunkers for burgers and frozen custard.
99% great. Only hiccups were a finicky grill, weak Internet and the battery on the lock running out. No big deals. Would stay there again.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Sorry about the grill and Internet issues, and I appreciate the heads-up about the lock battery — I’ll get those sorted out right away. You’re always welcome back anytime!
The house was lovely, clean, updated and had everything we needed. The property was also beautiful, and our kids loved spotting horses and other animals from the neighboring farms. The view of the mountains was a perfect backdrop to it all. Would love to stay here again!
