Hello,
Villa Rajko is situated in a pitoresque small village Rajki in southcentral Istria offering unique experience to the guests and unforgetable memories of pure pleasure in anciently appealing visures that are awaiting for you and your dear ones...The pool is like a little living room and all you need is here! Its a lot of sun so don't forgen to bring sun cream :) books are waiting for you at premises in german, italian, english, french and hoping to enlarge as years passes by :)
You are all alone on premises and only the 2nd floor of the house is closed (because it is a raw construction / roh bau). Everything else is in your use like pool site equiped with 2 fridges, bar with 2 stone chairs, shower (regular and rain shower) with hot water and 1 stone chair, 4 wooden deck chairs and 2 hydro massage chairs with nozels bilt in chairs 8x3,5x1,35m pool, 3 parking lots (2+1), 2 terraces - one for coffee/tea/sweets and second for dinning near gas barbeque and spices garden, on lawn is situated one children play equiped with 2 swinging chairs and 2 ladder.

Ein wunderschönes Objekt

Das Haus entspricht allen Angaben aus dem Inserat. Eine ruhige Lage in pittoresker Umgebung. Sehr sauber , alles ist vorhanden. David ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar. Sein Vater Josef hat uns mit Olivenöl und Waldpilzen versorgt. Wäre noch ein Schutz gegen Regen oder Sonne vorhanden, wäre es mehr als perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft/ Bilder entsprach der Beschreibung. Es liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Bei unserer Ankunft standen eine Flasche Olivenöl und Schnaps auf dem Tisch und im Kühlschrank lagen 2 Biere. Der Kontakt mit David war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert; die Schnapsprobe mit seinem Vater sehr unterhaltsam. Würden jederzeit es wieder buchen. Mach weiter so David.

Top Urlaub

Hallo unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus haben wir genossen. Ein perfekter Urlaub wenn man ruhe und privatsphere benötigt. Die Anlage entspricht der Beschreibung exakt. Der Gastgeber war super nett und die Kommunikation / Absprachen haben reibungslos funktioniert.

Beautiful property, fantastic host!

From beginning to end, our holiday at this property was a dream. David was such a wonderful host, brilliant at keeping us up to date with things before we arrived, welcomed us with a gift basket and he was so helpful during our stay. The property itself is gorgeous. We spent most of the week lounging by the pool with a few day trips out to the local towns and cities. Could not recommend David’s property enough.

Erholung pur

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter auch schon vor der Ankunft, aber auch während unseres Urlaubes. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Alles was mAn benötigt ist vorhanden. Hatten zur Begrüßung Olivenöl und Schnaps von Davids Papa Josef, sowie kalte Hefehaltige Erfrischungsgetränke im Kühlschrank. Absolutes Highlight war der Pool. Nicht nur zum schwimmen, sondern auch mit Whirlpool ausgestattet. Dazu die Duschanlage - haben die Duschen im Haus nur 1x benutzt, ansonsten draußen geduscht ( ist ja alles vor Blicken geschützt) Ingesamt ein sehr erholsamer, entspannter Urlaub in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Josef hat uns auch noch mit Obst und Gemüse aus seinem Garten versorgt. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt für alle die es gerne ruhig mögen.

ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben in der Villa Rajko eine traumhafte und sehr entspannte Zeit verbracht. Begonnen hat unser Aufenthalt mit einer äußerst unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit Gastgeber David. An unserem Ankunftstag wartete David in dem Haus auf uns. Obwohl wir eine Stunde später als geplant ankamen, war dies für ihn kein Problem. Im Haus fanden wir alles vor, was wir benötigten. Wir freuten uns, dass auch Verbrauchsgegenstände wie Kaffeefilter, Spülmaschentabs usw. vor Ort waren. Außerdem standen für uns je eine Flasche selbstgemachter Schnaps und Olivenöl bereit. Nun zur Außenanlage, das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Rund um das Haus finden sich überall wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheiten und Plätzchen zum Lesen, Kaffeetrinken, Essen und Relaxen. Die Poollandschaft ist ganz außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Hier stimmt wirklich jedes Detail. Dazu kommt, dass die Wasserqualität regelmäßig kontrolliert und der Pool gereinigt wird. Das Umfeld ist sehr ruhig und man ist förmlich mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns in der Villa Rajko sofort zu Hause gefühlt und konnten einen hervorragenden Urlaub genießen. Nicht zuletzt war dies auch David zu verdanken, der uns durch seine unkomplizierte und äußerst nette und herzliche Art sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Wir konnten ihn per WhatsApp jederzeit kontaktieren und er stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an David für alles!!!! Wir haben uns verliebt in diesen Ort und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

De villa ligt op een rustige locatie, is volledig uitgerust en de bedden zijn prima. Ruime mogelijkheden om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk zwembad met volop privacy. David is een uitstekende gastheer; vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar als het nodig is.

Hervorragend

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Pool und Aussendusche sind traumhaft. Von aussen ist er nicht einsehbar. Die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters und seines Vaters, die uns mit Obst und Wein beschenkt haben, ist phänomenal. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns auch bei einem unerwarteten Problem super unterstützt. Wir haben auch viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants erhalten und sie genutzt. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an David und die Familie.

As Advertised

The property is just as advertised in the pictures and description. Everything was clean and functional. David was friendly and helpful. The beautiful private pool area was the highlight of the house. The pool with jetted seats, the outdoor shower and the lounge chairs were delightful. The house is approximately 30 minutes from Rovinj and Rabac, and about 45 minutes to Pula. You can get to a beach in about 30 minutes. A good grocery store is about 15 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this rental, particularly if you are looking to be a little off the beaten path.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub in einer sehr ruhigen Lage

Also es war einfach perfekt für unsere Familie😀Das Haus mit ausreichend Platz und die Poollandschaft ist einfach ein Traum. David ist ein super Gastgeber,immer zur Stelle wenn man Fragen hat. Sein Papa versorgt einen mit Früchten Gemüse und Olivenöl. Auch seinen Schnaps teilt er gerne mit anderen..Uns hat es so gut gefallen das wir nächsten Jahr wieder kommen😀Wer einen richtigen Entspannungsurlaub sucht ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Simply wonderful!

Simply wonderful!!!! We just spent 14 relaxing days in David's beautiful house. He is a great, totally sympathetic host, always available at short notice and he always has great tips and advice (shopping, restaurants, excursions, beaches, etc.). The house is very clean, really "tiptop" and well equipped. For welcome there were fruit, great olive oil and delicious cookies ready and also cold beer in the fridge, very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very good and comfortable. Also the gas grill, otherwise sometimes rather shabbily treated, was very clean (and of course we left it that way). The absolute highlight is the salt water pool!!! Completely private, the water is fantastic and clean (once a week a pool boy comes)! Good sturdy loungers around the pool with shower and fridges and a great lighting concept, which accompanies the evening sitting by the pool extremely atmospheric. We really felt very comfortable and had a great time! We will definitely come back again :-) Thank you David, Maria and Josef (David's parents)

Die vorherigen Bewertungen versprechen nicht zu viel, über die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von David und seines Vaters. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Die Poolumgebung ist ein Traum zum wohlfühlen. Da will man gar nicht mehr ans Meer... Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei Bedarf war David zu stelle. Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Poolanlage.

Hallo David, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im kleinen Dorf Rajki und eure Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen! Das großzügige Haus und die Küche sind komplett ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Draußen vor dem Eingang zur Küche steht ein großer Esstisch der morgens und abends ideal zum sitzen ist. In der Ecke daneben steht ein gut funktionierender Gasgrill, den wir oft genutzt haben. Die Poolanlage, die du mit deinem Vater gebaut hast, ist natürlich das Schmuckstück der Anlage! Hier sind wir richtig zur Ruhe gekommen und konnten den Tag mit Ausflügen planen. Vielen Dank, dass alles so unkompliziert abgelaufen ist. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dich kennen zu lernen, liebe Grüße auch an Josef! So great we booked an extra week

We loved this villa. The attention to detail to the pool area makes it so luxurious, you won’t want to leave. Its quiet, private, and totally indulgent with built in fridges, hot shower, jacuzzi jets and variable night lighting to create your own ambience. David was a great host, and his father kindly gave us some of his homemade olive oil and grappa, and kept us supplied with fresh grapes and figs for our whole stay. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and bedrooms comfy. Smart tv in lounge great to log in to your own netflix account. Location quiet but centrally located to be able to visit many different towns. Small supermarket 2km away for fresh bread milk wine etc, and variety of other supermarkets slightly further afield. Would definitely stay here again

Peaceful private villa with beautiful pool

We stayed here for two weeks in september. When we arrived in pula airport, i had forgotten to tell our car hire company our flight had been pushed back a few hours, so they let our hire car go, and because it was so busy they we going to charge us 3 times as much to hire one. We took a taxi to the villa and David was there waiting for us. When we told him our predicament, he quickly sorted us another hire car at a much more reasonable price, and offered to take us shopping for supplies. We really couldnt have asked for more in a host and are very grateful for his help. The villa itself is fantastic, clean, comfortable and spacious but its the pool area that sets this villa apart. It is completely enclosed and not overlooked and has built in fridges, hot shower, sink, mood lighting and comfortable sun loungers. We have spent most of the last two weeks lounging around in our own little paradise. There are only a couple of houses around the villa and the people in them are very quiet. The villa is located in centre of istria, which makes it great for visiting all the lovely surrounding towns. Would recommend this to anyone who wants privacy and tranquility. WOW 😍 schönes Häuschen mit super Pool

Lieber David, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem Ferienhaus und eure tolle Gastfreundschaft. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Euere Poolanlage ist genial, Kühlschrank direkt an der Sonnenliege, warme Außendusche und alles so durchdacht. Rajki ist ein schöner, kleiner, ruhiger und zentral gelegener Ort. Toll für Ausflüge nach Pula, Rovinj, Fazana... alles in knapp 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Liebe Grüße an deine Eltern und nochmal Danke für die tolle Verkostung durch deinen Vater. Schöner Urlaub in Kroatien - abseits der Touristenströme

Wir konnten unsere Ferien in Kroatien total geniessen. - Die Poolanlage ist der absolute Hammer, unsere Kinder (und wir) waren fast nicht aus dem Wasser zu bringen. - Der Standard des Hauses war in Ordnung. - Ein wenig abseits gelegen. Zum nächsten Strand waren es etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto (für uns weit genug entfernt). Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig, abseits der unglaublichen Scharen von Touristen in den grösseren Städtchen. - Sehr netter Gastgeber - David, nochmals vielen Dank für alles, tip-top-Service.

Erholung pur in toller Landschaft

Wir können uns den früheren Gästen von David nur anschließen: Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Warme Dusche unterm Sternenhimmel, Federball im wunderschönen Garten, leckere Garnelen vom Gasgrill, Abkühlung in der wundervollen Poolanlage, kurze Wege zu den tollen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Istrien und zwischendurch einen leckeren Schnaps mit Davids Vater. Wer abseits der Touristen-Hotspots in Istrien Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist sauber, ruhig, zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. David und seine Eltern sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns toll erholt. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekter Rückzugsort

Das Haus in ruhiger Lage abseits der Hauptstraße ist ein idealer zentraler Standort für Ausflüge in alle Gegenden Istriens. David ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und war stets um unser Wohl bemüht und hat uns bereits einige Tage vor der Anreise kontaktiert und Infos und Tipps gegeben. Er hat uns vor Ort guten Wein und Olivenöl preiswert vermittelt. Sein Vater hat uns öfters mit Selbstgebranntem und Obst aus dem Garten überrascht. Mit Händen und Füßen und in verschiedenen Sprachen haben wir uns wunderbar verständigen können und hatten viel Spaß. Mit David haben wir uns reibungslos in Englisch unterhalten können. Für Deutsch-Kroatisch/Kroatisch-Deutsch musste schonmal zu beiderseitigem Spaß der Google-Übersetzter herhalten. ;-)) Nach Ausflügen und Wanderungen tagsüber, bot der von außen nicht einsehbare Salzwasser-Pool und die Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus alles zum nachmittäglichem Entspannen in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, trotz Corona-Zeiten! Wir waren das erste aber bestimmt nicht letzte Mal in Istrien!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns bewusst, auf Grund der Corona Situation, entschlossen nach Ferienende in Bayern nach Istrien zu fahren. Sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegenes Haus in kleinem Dörfchen. Zentral in Istrien gelegen, alle sehenswerten Städte der Region sind in ca. 30-45 min zu erreichen. Wetter war perfekt, jeden Tag strahlender Sonnenschein. Wurden sehr herzlich von David empfangen. Hat uns alles im und um das Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Highlight des Ferienhauses ist natürlich die hervorragende und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Poolanlage (Wellnessoase). Durften auch Davids Eltern kennenlernen. Josef ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener und herzlicher Mensch. Wurden immer mit frischen Obst versorgt und auf türkischen Kaffee und ein Schnäpschen eingeladen. Er hat uns viel über Land und Leute erzählt. Haben uns prima in einem Mix aus verschiedenen Sprachen verständigt. Auch Davids Mama Maria haben wir am letzten Tag noch kennengelernt, eine sehr liebe Frau. David war für uns während unseres Aufenthaltes ständig erreichbar. Für uns war aber alles perfekt, haben ihn nur wegen des guten Olivenöls, dass für uns zur Begrüßung in der Küche bereitstand, angeschrieben und nachgeordert. Er ist ein sehr sympathischer, offenherziger Mensch und darüber hinaus ein perfekter Gastgeber. Alles in allem, ein wunderschöner Urlaub und Entspannung pur.

Alles Bestens

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus blitzsauber, Küche hervorragend ausgestattet und die Poolanlage ein Traum! Auch die Lage für uns prima, ruhig und doch alles gut erreichbar. Der Empfang war herzlich und David ist stets bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Zuerst wollten wir am Tag der geplanten Abreise wg Corona Reisewarnung doch nicht fahren, David war sofort bereit uns einen Teil der Kosten zurückzuerstatten (trotz der mehr als kurzfristigen Absage) Am nächsten Tag fuhren wir dann doch und es hat sich gelohnt.

Das Haus von David, liegt in dem kleinen Ort Rajki was sehr zentral in Istrien gelegen ist. Bedeutet man ist überall in Istrien in ~30 Minuten. Was einem schönen Touren ermöglicht wie Rabac, Pula, Purmentura, Rovinj oder Porec. David ist bezüglich Tipps wirklich sehr aktiv und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Haus gebucht "vor" Corona aber die Abgeschiedenheit macht es auch in Corona Zeiten einfach nur Perfekt. Das Haus selbst: Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett eins der Schlafzimmer hat ein direkt angrenzendes Bad. Wohnzimmer: Schlafcouch, Smart TV und ein Schreibtisch (falls man Arbeiten möchte (der Internetanschluss hat ~23 Mbit ) . Küche: Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Sandwich Maker (mit 2 Kontaktplatten), Küchenwage, ... (ja man könnte ohne Probleme einen Kuchen backen) Außen: Hinter dem Haus ist eine Sitzecke und ein größerer Gasgrill (Gas ist inklusive), Schaukel + Wäschespinne. Pool Bereich: Salzwasserpool mit Sitzecke und Massagedüsen eingelassen im typisch kroatischem Stein Style absolut top. Und als Schmankerl ist die außendusche sogar mit warmen Wasser (auch eher selten). Zum Verweilen gibt es mehrere liegen mit 2 Kühlschränken für Getränke so das man noch nicht mal reingehen muss für ein kühles Bier, Cidre, Wein, …. Die Familie Rajko: David und auch sein Vater Jospeh welcher öfters mal in der Nähe ist da sie umliegend Obstwiesen, Olivenbäume, etc. haben. Und einen immer zu den verschiedenen Schnäpsen (selbst angesetzt) oder türkischen Kaffee einlädt. Sowie uns auch immer mit Obst aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht hatte (Äpfel, Pflaumen, Feigen, ....). I like to travel, see new things, buildings, cultures and get to know with a way of life, I like camping and being in touch with nature, go on seaside and take a nice long bath in it.
Mine biggest passion is design&build, especially in stone masonry and in traditional Istrian style with characteristic longitudinal stripes. How I am a little bit of hedonist I designed the pool site to be pleasant for use. All masonry that you see on photos my father and I built it and I hope that you'll like it to :)

What makes this property unique

The purification system for water in the pool is managed through the electrolisys, with adding see salt and from the salt through Electrolisys Chlor is made for protecting the quality of water. So your children can swim in it without any fear if they have more sensitive skin. It taste salty.
In side the pool you will find a Whirpool, a perfect spot to hide in shade from the Sun, in two chairs with hydromassagge option. You can turn it on and off as you like. If its on it lasts for 5 minutes.
Each side of the pool has his own ladder, on one side you have Roman Stairs (concrete stairs coated with mosaic tiles) and on the other end are situated Inox Ladder so you can easily go to two refrigerators and have something cold to drink out :)
Above the refrigerators the Bar is awaiting for you, and on side of it there are two stone chairs and two stone cabinets. On the other side you have a stone deck to lay on, or on the wooden one, and on side of it you have two showers in outer bathroom (regular one and rain shower) with Hot and Cold Water. In side the shower is a stone chair so you can sit and shower if you feel to.
Special touch is given to illumination of the pool site. You have 14 different options for every feeling that your in to! And it has a master switch to shut them all ;)
Beautiful lawn with ChildPlay on it is waiting to get played with and the Gas Grill near by so you can look after them while preparing meals. Near the grill is Spice Garden from wich you can collect goods and use them for your meals.
Living room is filled with books in German, English, Italian and French, so laid down and relax :)
