This lovely beach house has everything you need! Large master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. Open floor plan kitchen/family room combo. Kitchen is complete with all dishes and cooking equipment -- just bring your own food! Large yard completely fenced in and equipped with patio set and grill, large detached garage and plenty of off street parking. WiFi and Cable TV!!! Front load washer/dryer. Just a short walk to the beautiful Delaware Bay where you can enjoy sunsets, walk the dog and just relax.

Amazing Experience

I can’t say enough about how great this property is. The owner and I had a slight miscommunication when scheduling our trip, but it was sorted out quickly. She was professional, flexible, and accommodating. The property is incredibly clean and perfect for pets and kids. The owner checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going well. The home was well stocked with supplies and beach equipment.

A dog’s life!

Perfect house for your pooch with fenced yard and a short walk to the bay beach where doggie could frolic in the surf. The home is comfortable, conveniently located and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor shower is super nice and the beach tags, chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated.

Great house and great location

This house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Best part of the house was the big kitchen. Nice little yard for our three small dogs. It was an easy five minute or so walk to the bay beach. We also were allowed to use the bikes in the garage and went for bike rides daily.

We enjoyed spending time at this house. Bedroom was very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was great. Loved the backyard and deck. We walked our dogs to the beach every morning. So relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and residents were friendly. We had a great week.

We loved that the home had a complete makeover, it was clean and neat and my dogs loved it too. I loved the keypad entry, made it easy to come and go. The only issue we had was the thermostat didn't seem to work so we couldn't make it a little cooler in the house.

2nd time staying here!

This house is great! This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach (about 5 mins). The fact that it’s on the bay is perfect, water is calm enough for our 4yr old to play in. Conveniently located to the city, short 10min drive, and close enough to the ferry launch that you can go watch the dolphins in the evening. The sunsets from the beach at the end of the road are amazing, even had dolphins swim within 20ft of us. If you’re looking for a great stay at a good price this is the place! Can easily accommodate 8 people.

Excellent home close to everthing

This home is far superior to a hotel room because of the privacy, ability to cook & spaciousness. We were 4 mature adults sharing the space (2 couples) and always felt there was enough space for privacy. Every place we wanted to visit was an easy drive - the ocean, zoo, museums--and we walked just a few short blocks to watch the sunset over the bay every night. I would rent this property again & from this owner again. It was a great experience.

Def check this place out!!

We’ve stayed here 3yrs in a row. The house is always clean, well maintained and stocked. The location is perfect. The addition of the new privacy fence makes the back yard a perfect spot to grill and hang out in the evening. Short walk to the bay and quiet enough for bike rides throughout the area. The house is well centered for all surrounding activities. Short 10minute drive to sunset beach, wildwood is about 15-20mins. The bay is perfect for young kids or paddle sports. Also great fireworks on the beach for the 4th. The sunsets are amazing! Definitely a great stay.

The perfect getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach house, and it met all of my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just two streets away from the beach, allowing for easy access to the sand and ocean. The house itself was clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor deck and fenced in yard was perfect for relaxing with our family and four legged friends. Exactly what we were looking for!

House was great, perfect size for my family (2 adults 1 kid). Def has room for more people. Location is excellent. Central to everything you want to do, quick 15min drive to the boardwalk. 5 min walk to beach at end of the road. We were able to watch 4th of July fireworks right from the beach near house. Neighborhood is friendly and easy to navigate, great for riding bikes. We were so happy with our stay we booked the house again before we left. We’ve been going to cape may for about 5yrs now and this was by far our best stay!

I just love the Cape May area and particularly this area by the Bay. I am a retired Finance professional that spends as much of my free time as possible with my friends and family in my own beach house in the same nearby area.

Why they chose this property

My family has been vacationing in the Cape May area for over 20 years. We have owned our own house in this area since 2002. I purchased this house and one other in the same area to provide people and their families and pets a comfortable and affordable vacation so they can enjoy the unique and enchanting Cape May area! This location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet is still a close enough drive to be on the Cape May beach, shopping at the Washington Street Mall, dining at an amazing restaurant or enjoying the sights and excitement of the Wildwood Boardwalk within minutes.

What makes this property unique

This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short stroll to the Delaware Bay. We love walking on the bay with our children and dog. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from this beach. It's also a great spot to just sit and relax and enjoy nature. And I just love the large fenced in yard at this house! There are so many options for things to do and the house is has all the comforts of home!
