Why they chose this property
We discovered Bella Vista not long ago and immediately fell in love with the area. It is a nature enthusiast's dream and whether hiking, biking, golf, playing in the water, or catching a cold beer with friends, you are guaranteed to have a great time here.
What makes this property unique
LOCATION! Our property offers a rare flat lot, tucked into a quiet culdesac, with trail access in the backyard. It is close to central Bella Vista and all it's amenities and only 10 minute drive from downtown Bentonville. Soon it will be just minutes from a new downhill bike park slated to open in spring of 2026. This area keeps thriving and offering families and adventures so many reasons to come and enjoy all it has to offer.
