Walking distance to absolutely everything in downtown Scottsdale, your group will enjoy this remodeled and thoughtfully decorated home where I entertain my family and friends. Fully supplied kitchen and private back patio with grill plus a great community pool. I'm an superhost, book with confidence.



I will not be onsite- but am available for your questions and issues.

The home is located just a few minutes' walk from Old town, Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Stadium. There are great restaurants Starbucks and grocery stores (Sprouts!) just across the street, and the home is a short 15 minute drive from the Phoenix airport. You can't get a better location to explore Scottsdale.

Everything new and thoughtfully designed for your group's comfort. Brand new white kitchen with stainless appliances. New beds and plush comfortable mattresses for a great nights sleep. Great backyard to chill out and grill out. 2 covered parking spaces. You will also have access to the huge community pool.

Walk, Trolley, Bike, Bus, Uber and Scooter!

Located within walking distance to ballparks, Old Town restaurants, nightclubs, galleries, Fashion Square Mall, and the Greenbelt Trail. Grocery stores and Starbucks just across the street. The property was in a great location and owner was very responsive. Beds were comfortable and rental was well stocked. Floors were not mopped and were very dirty. Guest bathroom tub had dirty floor and shower curtains need replacing. Outside patio was not well maintained and back gate needed adjustment. Dishwasher was also broke but owner did offer to repair it. Pool area was nice.

It’s always disappointing to see less than a perfect review and cleaning did admit that they were rushed because of the quick turn and your push to get in early. Regarding the dishwasher, you stated to me that you were unconcerned about hand washing a few items and mysteriously the dishwasher worked for the cleaning crew when they arrived after your stay. Regardless, I pride myself on providing a 5 star experience so I am sorry this fell short for you.

Waste Management Pheoniz Open Weekend

Our stay here was great! The space accommodated our whole group well. It was clean, well designed and the location was fabulous being just minutes away from all the bars and restaurants. Our host Stacey was great. Communicated before and throughout the stay to assure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Come check this place out!

Cute cactus themed decor. Nice little outdoor space for the unit and pool area nice (could use new furniture- some broken chaise lounges). Great location for walkability to shopping. Very good and timely communication with owner.

Perfect for us

My family of 5 stayed over spring break, and we were pleased. The property is well appointed including kitchen staples such as spices, foil etc…. I appreciate not having to buy those items for a short stay. Location was great to walk over to Old Scottsdale & the grocery store behind the unit was a bonus. Super cute property!

In town for a wedding

We had the best time at this town home in Scottsdale. The house was set up very well with everything we needed. The location was great with easy access to a grocery store and many restaurants near by. The pool and grounds were lovely and communication with property manager was great. Wonderful stay.

Great location!

This is a very nice condo close to many amenities. We walked to the grocery store and good nail salon and got a great haircut too! Check out the Merci cafe nearby...a little pricey but delicious. We loved our stay. Thank you!
