INTERIM CLEANINGS
For guests staying 2+ weeks, professional cleanings by our cleaner is require every 3 weeks if no animals, bi-weekly if animals. Cost: Starting at $185 per cleaning if they don't do laundry. We can add this into the price + $30 service fee per clean for coordinating or you can pay the cleaner directly. Let us know.

POOL HEATING
Needed October through May for a warm pool. Cost: $695 per month to help cover some of the extra utility costs.
