Great location for a large group, we were here during Hurricane Lowell and they were very responsive with any concerns! I do advise to let other’s know that if you have elderly people in your group that the stairs in the main house doesn’t have a railing so could be challenging but even with a hurricane it was overall a fantastic experience

Beautiful, well kept, fully stocked vacation home. Looks just like the pictures but even better! Plenty of space for our family and located close to many shops, restaurants and attractions including gorgeous Poipu Beach! One thing to note is Primary Suite, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Outdoor deck are all located on the 2nd floor. The rest of the 3 bedrooms in the main house are on the first floor. Luckily our family members with mobility challenges used the beautiful guest house with private bedroom, 2 baths, living room, dining room and kitchen as their living quarters for the 4 nights we stayed. We couldn’t have asked for more! With the beach so close, we did not utilize the pool/hot tub as much as we thought we might, but it is nice to have! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation experience! We hope to return in the future, as Kauai has become our favorite island of the 4 we have visited!

Beautiful location and everything we hoped it would be. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and 12 of us were there for 9 days. Response when we had freezer problems in main house was quick and taken care of promptly. About a 10 -14 min walk to beach, to food, and shopping areas.This property fit us well. You can’t go wrong. I felt the nightly price was high but when you compare it to 4 resort rooms it probably is in the same price range. Nice to be together for meals, swimming, and a beautiful view. Aloha to other travelers. If you pick this spot, you won’t be disappointed.
