This property is great and the owner is great with communication. The only thing that could be said is if you plan on cooking on the stove bring a larger frying pan, a small one is provided but not large enough for bacon.

There was a sewer type smell in the place that was overwhelming. One of the beds was broken upon arrival but they were very responsive and fixed it right away.

First we are hearing about a sewer type smell is in the review. You had notified us about the bed and it was fixed within the half hour (broken slat). We also didn’t notice any smell when we were onsite fixing the broken slat. Upon reading the review we also did a thorough inspection of the unit and found no smell. We are truly grateful you had stayed at our property, for future reference all repairs are completed within minutes and if any concerns arise you must reach out to us to rectify in the moment. I’m sure we could’ve addressed it timely

The cottage was infested with both sugar ants and black ants, it was sweltering inside the unit that had ONE AC, the circuit breaker kept flipping off and shutting down the refrigerator. The pool hours were way too limited and the check in and departure times were way too strict. I will never go back there and I would never refer friends. For what we paid, it was a ripoff.
