Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the home in the same manner it was when you arrived
Please wash all used linens (sheets, blankets & towels) and dishes
Please replace any items that you used up
Be sure to remove your personal items from the W/D
Empty garbage cans and put trash in receptacles Trash pick-up is every other Thursday (odd dates).
Leave Thermostat at 68 degrees
Turn off all lights and close all blinds
Lock all doors upon departure
*You will be charged for any broken or missing items or any additional clean fees incurred
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
