Broadmoor is undergoing a property improvement project. Here is what to expect:

• Project Timeline: February 2026 through beginning of May 2026, schedule permitting.

Pool/Hot Tub Resurfacing (6–8 weeks)

• Loud noise (grinding/jackhammering) expected for 3–4 days, 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM.

• Additional lighter noise will continue for 2–3 weeks.

• Gym access via the pool will be closed (please use the front entrance).

• After completion, the pool/hot tub will remain closed for a 4-week curing period.

Deck/Boardwalk Project (8–10 weeks)

• Work will move East to West (P6–P1; see attached map).

• Beach access will remain open.

• No major loud construction expected.

• South garage used for contractor staging.
